Step 1: Registration – Candidates are required to register by visiting the official portal or by clicking on the link given below. They will be required to enter their names, email IDs, date of birth and valid mobile number after which the registration ID will be generated and sent to their registered email ID.
Step 2: Payment of Application Fees – After successful registration for the LPUNEST 2025, candidates will need to pay the requisite fee. Application fees can be paid online using net banking, credit or debit card.
Step 3: Filling of Online Application Form – Candidates, after payment of the fee, must fill all personal, academic and contact details in the relevant fields of the online application form. Candidates should scrutinize all details provided in the application form as incomplete form or incorrect information will be rejected.
Step 4: Uploading of Scanned Documents – Candidates will be required to upload scanned images of their documents after filling in the details in the application form. Before filling out the LPUNEST 2025 application form, candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of their photograph, birth certificate/Aadhaar card and certificate of qualifying exam as per the specifications mentioned by the university.

The applicant could obtain an LPUNEST-2025 Kit from the University Campus/ Camp Offices or any other prescribed place by paying cash of INR 1000 (for boys) and INR 500 (for girls). Once the applicant has obtained the LPUNEST-2025 kit, the form can be submitted by one of the following methods:

All correspondences including centre booking and the issue of e-hall ticket/ Appointment Letter/ Admit Card details will be through email only. Therefore, the applicants are requested to get ready with valid email IDs and mobile numbers for contact. No separate communication will be done for the same.
Any application that is found incomplete, wherein, the declaration is not signed, DD is not enclosed, DD is wrongly drawn, photographs are not affixed on the application form etc. will not be processed.
LPU will not be informing applicants of any such applications. Candidates who have submitted incomplete applications won’t be able to access the Online Slot Management System.
Q: Who can apply for LPU-NEST exam?
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can only apply for the exam. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for LPU NEST (B.Tech) Applicants appearing for LPU NEST (B.Tech) should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2025, in the final examination of Class 12. Candidates must have passed the exam with 60%* aggregate marks in Class 12 or equivalent (with Physics Mathematics and English). There is a 5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants as far as passing marks in the qualifying exams are concerned. There is 10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship) as far as passing marks in the qualifying exams are concerned, Subject to verification from the Selection committee of the University.
