LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) is an entrance test conducted by LPU for admissions to Law, Applied Medical Sciences, MBA, Hotel Management, PhD, Design, Agriculture, Mphil including MBA. The exam is conducted in four phases for admission to various courses.
Every year more than three lakh applicants register for LPUNEST. LPU NEST is known to be one of the biggest private entrance test conducted in India and if statistics are to be believed then in the list of all the engineering entrance exams conducted in India, that is, considering both Government (Centre & State) as well as Private entrance exams, then LPUNEST is the fifth largest entrance test held in India.

Nationality: Aspirants should be Indian Nationals
Qualifying Examination: Applicants should have either completed or appeared in 2025, in the final examination of 10+2 from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi) or The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ICSE, New Delhi) or State Board or any other Council, Institution, college, etc. declared recognised by the Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi or any other concerned apex body as applicable.
Eligibility Criteria in the Qualifying Examination: They should have passed with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with English) subject to qualifying LPUNEST 2025.

Though the LPUNEST exam will be held online, candidates are advised to carry a pencil and a sheet of paper for rough work. Besides knowing the things that should be carried inside the exam hall, it is also important to know what must not be carried to the test centre.
