SGVUEE Counselling 2025 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

 The list of undergraduate engineering courses offered by the university are given below. The university offers diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate level courses under streams like engineering, science, agriculture, mass communication, commerce, and management.

• Candidates will be informed through e-mail/SMS or both, after receiving the application.
• Eligibility rules as specified for each programme shall be strictly followed and shall not be relaxed under any circumstances. The admission cell will scrutinise the application whether the candidate is eligible or not.
• Only eligible candidates will be allowed for SGVUEE (online Entrance Test) then will be called for counselling. The selected candidate will be issued a provisional admission letter. Admission will be confirmed after the document verification process.
• Admission will be offered based on the priority of programme(s) mentioned by the candidate in the Application form. So applicants have to ensure that they should mention the correct programme preference.
• If any statement furnished by the candidate is found incorrect at any time, he/she will be liable to be debarred permanently from the programme, and will not be eligible to apply to any other program at the University.
• Candidates awaiting the result of the qualifying examination may also apply for admission with the clear understanding that their selection will be entitled to admission only if they fulfill all eligibility requirements of the concerned course of study at the time of admission.
• A candidate whose qualifying examination is not recognized by this university shall not be eligible for admission. All such applicants/admissions shall be rejected/cancelled.
• Candidates not reporting for admission on the stipulated date and time shall forfeit his/ her claim for admission. The offer of admission shall stand cancelled and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
