SRMS EET Application Form 2023, Registration: Know How to Apply

Application Forms for SRMS EET 2023 will be made available on the official website i.e. www.srms.ac.in  from February 28, 2023, and the last date of submission was July 15, 2023. The table below shows important events related to SRMS EET 2023:

SRMS EET 2023 eligibility criteria as notified by the exam conducting body are as follows:

Academic Qualification:

Applicant must pass class 12/Senior Secondary Examination from a recognised board or university with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Students must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 60%  aggregate marks

Age Limit: None

SRMS EET application form can be submitted online as well as offline. It is advised that applicants go through thoroughly from eligibility criteria prescribed for BTech programmes before filling up the application form.

Offline mode:

• Applicants need to submit the application form for SRMS EET 2023 directly to any of the three institutes of SRSM Trust at Bareilly and Lucknow.
• After downloading the SRMS EET 2023 application from the official website, students must complete it as per the instructions.
• SRMS EET 2023 application form along with a DD of INR 1,000/- payable at SRMS College of Engineering and Technology has to be submitted by post to any one of the following addresses:

General Instruction to fill in Offline SRMS EET 2023 Application Form

• Requests for corrections will not be entertained later.
• Refer to the specimen copy enclosed in this brochure.
• The application form should be filled out by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
• Candidates should send only the original SRMS EET 2023 Application form and should keep a photocopy of the same.
• The scanning of the application form is an automated process. Hence, students should take utmost care in writing with a black ballpoint pen in the boxes wherever provided.
• Do not scribble, cut, tear or erase the SRMS EET 2023 Application form.
• Make sure to not have any stray marks on SRMS EET 2023 Application form.
• The photograph, signature, and address of the applicant are to be scanned. So paste (do not staple) a recent colour photograph of good quality with a white or light colour background.
• Sign in the prescribed places using only a black ballpoint pen.
• Candidates’ name, parents’/ guardians’ name and their date of birth should be the same as given in their class 10/Higher Secondary School examination marks sheet or certificate.
• Candidates will have to mention their preferences for engineering branches and institutions out of the three Institutions of SRMS Trust.
• Candidates are also required to mention a preference for centre for exam i.e. Bareilly and Lucknow
• In “Payment Detail” select, the option is given for payment of the SRMS EET 2023 fee as is suitable.
• Write DD details if payment is to be done by DD in the Payment Detail section.
• At the last of the Application Form, Parent or Guardian should also sign on the specified field in SRMS EET 2023 application form
• The application must be complete in all respects. An incomplete application or application filled in a language other than English will be rejected.
• Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the filled-in application for future reference and quote the application number in all their future correspondence

Online Mode:

Before filling in the SRMS EET 2023 application online, students must arrange their scanned photograph, signature (self and parent/guardian) and have academic details of class 12 with them. Below is the step-by-step process of submitting the application form for SRMS EET 2023:

• Look for a link to Admission or SRMS EET 2023
• Click on Online Registration for SRMS EET 2023
• The form will be opened

Fill in the form required information as follows:

• Personal Details
  • Name of Candidate (use Block Letters and write Complete name as mentioned on academic documents)
  • Date of Birth (DD MM YYYY format – select from the drop-down menu)
  • Gender (Select clicking on Check Box)
  • Mother Tongue (Local Language)
  • Native State (Birth Place)
  • Whether Hostel Accommodation required (Select YES or NO as per requirement)
  • Blood Group (Mention blood group if confirmed, otherwise mention Don’t Know)
  • Name of Parent / Guardian (Mention as is suitable)
  • Relationship of the person at above with the candidate
  • Parent / Guardian Occupation (In Job or Business)
  • Correspondence Address
  • Mention complete address in given fields like House No. / Street No.; Area Name; Town / City; District; State; Pin code; Phone No. (land line with std no, if any); Mobile No.; and Email Address
• Education Details
  • Mention complete information in given fields like Medium of Instruction (Hindi, English or Others)
  • Mode of Study (Regular / Other)
  • Qualifying Exam Passed / Appearing (Status: Passed / Appearing; Name of the Board; Roll No. / Registration No.; Name and Address of School)
  • If appeared in (JEE Main – Mention Roll Numbers)
  • Choice of Campus and Engineering Branch
  • Mention preference for each campus from 1 to 3
