SU JEE MTech Counselling 2022 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

Admission to the University is open to all who fulfil the prescribed qualifications without any distinction of race, caste, creed, language or sex. The selection is made strictly on the basis of merit at the entrance examination. The admission process is divided into the following steps:

• The final shortlisted applicants are required to be present at the university campus to do the admission formalities
• They need to show their original documents in person for completing the admission formalities along with the admission fee
• Candidates can deposit admission fee through Demand Draft/Cheque/Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking at the University Fee Counter
• Before the final admission and seat allotment, the exam conducting body will verify their original documents
• For final admission, a candidate needs to submit the complete fees for the year of study
• The final seat confirmation will be given only when fees will be deposited on the spot
• After this, a candidate needs to report and enrol himself/herself in the college within 15 days of depositing fees

The below documents are to be carried by the students during the Sandip University admission process:

• Class 10 and +2 level Certificates
• Marks statement of qualifying examination
• Caste/category validity Certificate
• Passing and Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate
• Age/ Nationality/ Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
• Affidavit for educational gap proof (if applicable)
• Aadhar card for age proof 
• Jammu & Kashmir Migrant certificate (if required)
• 4 recent passport size pictures (same as application and admit card)
