According to the WBJEE exam pattern, the duration of the entrance examination is 4 hours. For each paper i.e., Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry), 2 hours have been allotted, and the candidates will have to complete both the sections within the allotted duration. Multiple-choice questions of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics have to be answered by the candidates within 4 hours. No extra time will be provided to the candidates to complete the entrance examination.

Q: When will WBJEE 2025 be held?
WBJEE 2025 exam date has been announced. WBJEE 2025 will be held as a pen-and-paper-based test on April 27, 2025. While filling out the WBJEE application form, the candidates will have to select their preferred exam city preferences. Q: Can I attempt WBJEE in Bengali?
Yes. As per the official WBJEE exam pattern, the candidates will be able to attempt the entrance examination in Bengali. Two language options will be provided to the candidates for the examination. Candidates will be able to attempt WBJEE in either English or Bengali. Since the question booklet will be available in both languages, the candidates will be required to let the invigilators know about their preference in the centre. No other medium of language will be used by the authorities. There will be no difference in the questions.
