WBUT PGET 2026 Application Form: Check Date, Fees & How to Apply

For admission to MTech and M.Pharm, the university has issued specific guidelines, which can be checked below. These are WBUT PGET eligibiltity criteria 2026 for in-house courses. 

Apart from the above WBUT Eligibility criteria for MTech/M.Pharm, students with a valid GATE scorecard will be given a proportionate weightage in the admission process. The WBUT PGET syllabus for entrance test will be same as that of the GATE syllabus for CSE and IT and CSE and Electronics. Final year students can also apply for WBUT PGET entrance examination.

• Visit the official website of the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.
• Click on WBUT PGET application form link
• Register by entering candidate's name, gender, date of birth, category, educational qualification, etc. On submission of details, candidates can visit the dasboard and make corrections if required and submit final data.
• After completing the above process, students have to upload their photo, signature, and qualification-related documents as per the guidelines stated by the officials.

• After uploading the documents, students must preview the uploaded images. They must check if the documents are in proper order.
• Review all the information and confirm the declaration form.
• Finally submit WBUT PGET registration form if satisfied.
• Keep few copies of the form for future reference. 

Registration Fee Generated Link for WBUT PGET MTech Admission

A payment link will be generated after completing the provisional registration. Candidates must go through the instructions carefully and complete the payment through Internet banking/Credit card/Debit card on Rupay link. A payslip will be generated on the screen after the payment. Candidates must take the printout and save it for reference.

After uploading the photo and signature, candidates must take a look carefully. It must be clearly visible and identified. If for any reason, the uploaded images are not upto mark, then the candidates have the option to re-upload it again by following the same process.

Important Points to Note:

• The WBUT PGET application fee is non-refundable.
• Applicants can make the choice of their preferred course/branch during online registration (in the final stage). However, the seat allotment will be done based on the entrance test scores, followed by counselling.
• Candidates who do not make the fee payment or course choices will not be able to participate in the counselling. 
• Applicants must not make multiple payments for same application form.
• If any amount is deducted, do not make payment again. The amount will be credited within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes it may get delayed due to bank server issue.
