HPPSC HPAS 2022 Application: See here steps to apply

Click on the “Apply Online” tab given in the top navigation

On clicking above, the candidate will be directed to the HPPSC Registration page - http://hppsconline.hp.gov.in/HPPSC/ApplicantRegistration/Home/Login

For New Candidates

The candidates filling the HPPSC form for the first time need to register themselves with the commission. For new registration

• Click on the New Registration button given at the bottom of the page
• A new page will appear asking the following details of the new candidate
• Email Id
• Mobile number
• Security Question
• Security Answer
• Password

The candidate needs to enter the security key given in the form.

Click on the Agree button to agree to the terms and conditions of the commission.

The commission will send the account activation OTP to the registered mobile number and the account activation link to the registered email id

The candidates need to click that activation link and enter the OTP sent to the mobile. The candidate can activate their account after clicking on the activation link given in the email id.

After activation, the candidates need to fill in the basic details such as

• Personal Details
• Academic Background
• Professional Background
• Professional Experience
• And other details.

After filling in the details, the candidate needs to submit the application fee as per their category.

After filling submitting the application fee, the candidate needs to upload the photograph and signature in the specified format.

After submitting all the details, the candidates will be asked to submit their HPAS 2020 application online.

For Registered candidates

• Login with the user-id and password
• Fill in the required details
• Submit the application fee
• Read, agree and check the declaration
• Submit the HPAS 2020 Application online

The HPAS Prelims 2020 exam will be conducted once the COVID-19 second wave in the stat neutralises.

The candidates need to read and agree with the declaration given in the application form.

New candidates need to upload the following document for completing the registration formalities:

• Matriculation certificate for age proof
• Bachelor Degree certificates along with Marks Sheets of all years/Consolidated mark sheet in support of Educational Qualifications i.e. Graduation
• Category certificate(s) in support of their eligibility, if any, viz., S.C., S.T., O.B.C., E.W.S., Ex-Servicemen, Ward of Ex. Servicemen, WFF and Persons with disabilities etc.
• All these certificates along with undertaking wherever required should be on Performa prescribed by the Government of H.P. from time to time. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Certificates should be under the instructions of the Govt. issued vide letter No. PER (AP)-C-F(10)-4/2010 dated 5th August 2019.
  Bonafide Himachali Certificate in case of reserved category candidates.
• Candidates applying under the EWSs category will have to submit either an ‘Income & Asset Certificate’ or a valid BPL Certificate countersigned by B.D.O. along with non-SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed by H.P. Government vide letter No. PER (AP)-C-B(12)-1/2019 dated 11th June 2019.
• The candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen of Himachal Pradesh will have to furnish a Discharge Certificate and full detail in respect of their P.P.O. No., Rank and NOC with the date of retirement from the Defence Services to claim the benefit of reservation for the category of Ex-Serviceman of Himachal Pradesh and they will also have to upload an undertaking regarding many chances availed by them earlier for the posts reserved for Ex. Servicemen.
