RPF SI Exam Pattern 2024: The Ministry of Railways prescribes the RPF SI exam pattern for Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT). RPF SI exam pattern 2024 for CBT is such that it is divided into three sections- General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & reasoning. RPF SI Exam Pattern 2024 for Computer Based Test (CBT)
RPF SI exam pattern 2024 for CBT is given below:
- Candidates have the option to choose a language for CBT from Hindi, English, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Konkani, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, Manipuri and Punjabi
- The standard of questions in RPF SI exam will be of graduation-level
- Each question carries one mark
- There is a negative marking for wrong answers which is 1/3 marks
- No marks are awarded or deducted for questions not attempted by candidates
- Candidates are required to obtain 35 per cent marks (30 per cent marks by SC and ST candidates) to qualify the CBT
- The duration of the test is 90 minutes. The exam paper will have a total of 120 questions
- Questions in the test will be asked from General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & Reasoning
- The test carries a total of 120 marks

Based on the merit of candidates in the CBT, they will be called for PET and PMT 10 times the number of vacancies. It is mandatory to clear the PET and the same is qualifying in nature.
