SBI PO Apply Online 2024: Online Application Link & Fees

SBI PO 2024 application form will be released soon by SBI. The application form will be released online after the notification is published. Interested candidates need to fill the application form online. The application process comprises several stages which candidates need to complete successfully. Applicants are not required to sent the hard copy of the application form. The process to fill SBI PO application form 2024 are given below:

Candidates can apply for SBI PO online only. The direct link to fill the application form was provided on this page. The examination authority did not accept any offline applications. The application process comprised several steps such as registration, uploading of scanned photograph & signature, filling the detailed application form, previewing the application form and paying the application fees. The steps to fill SBI PO application form are given below:

• From the drop-down, candidates need to select the apply online link
• Candidates need to first register for the exam
• After registration, candidates need to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature

• Pay the application fees and submit the application form

SBI PO application form 2024 cannot be submitted offline. Candidates need to fill the application form online only. The application process of SBI PO comprises several stages such as registration, uploading of scanned photograph and signature, filling the detailed application form, uploading the left thumb impression and handwritten declaration and paying the application fees.

In the event of candidates not being able to fill the SBI PO application form data in one go, they can save the data already entered by using the 'Save' button. Candidates need to login with their required credentials to complete the application process. After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking. SBI does not provide separate window to edit SBI PO application form. Candidates can edit the details entered in the application form within the prescribed application deadline. Request for change/correction in the data entered in the SBI PO application form is not entertained after it is finally submitted. Candidates are advised to fill up the online application carefully and enter the correct information in the application. Candidates can make changes to the application form before its final submission. Editing of SBI PO application form is allowed only thrice. Candidates need to fill SBI PO application form online. They are not required to submit the hard copy of the application form.

Photograph

• Dimension of the photograph should be 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
• Size of file should be between 20kb-50 kb
• Candidates must ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning

Signature

• Dimension of the signature should be 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
• Size of file should be between 10kb to 20kb
• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20kb
• Signature in Capital Letters is not accepted

Left Thumb Impression

• The file type of the left thumb impression should be in jpg/jpeg format
• The dimension of the left thumb impression should be 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 3 cm x 3 cm (Width x Height)
• The file size should be 20 kb-50 kb

Handwritten Declaration

• The handwritten declaration should be written in English on a white paper with black ink
• The file type should be in jpg/jpeg
  The dimension should be 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10 cm x 5 cm (Width x Height)
• The file size should be 50 kb-100 kb
• The handwritten declaration in capital letters is not accepted

The dimension of the photograph should be between 200x230 pixels. The size of the should be between 20kb-50kb. Candidates must ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. Candidates need to write SBI PO handwritten declaration in their own handwriting. The handwritten declaration should be written in capital letters. The text for the handwritten declaration is given below:

“I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______, hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine”.

SBI PO handwritten declaration is a text that candidates need to write in their own handwriting inorder to declare that the details provided in the application form are correct and valid. The handwritten declaration should be in English. The file should be in dimension of 800 x 400 pixels and the file size should be 50 kb to 100 kb. The steps to upload the handwritten declaration are given below:

It is not necessary to secure 60 per cent in graduation inorder to be eligible for SBI PO exam. For the SBI PO eligibility percentage, candidates with less than 60% in their graduation are also eligible to take the SBI PO exam. The State Bank of India prescribes no minimum percentage in Graduation for the SBI Probationary Officer (PO) exam. Candidates must be graduates of any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Those who are in the final year/semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination.

To be eligible for SBI PO exam, candidates must be a graduate. Those who have only passed Class 12 are not eligible to apply for the exam. The age limit for SBI PO exam is  21 and 30 years. Candidates must check the eligibility before applying for SBI PO exam.

To be eligible for SBI PO exam, candidates must be a graduate. The marks of Class 12 are not taken into consideration. The educational qualification prescribed for the exam is graduation. The selection process of SBI PO comprises prelims exam, Mains exam and group exercises and interview. The final selection of candidates is done based on the Mains exam and group exercises and interview. 

The prelims exam of SBI PO is conducted in four shifts while the Mains exam is conducted in two shifts. SBI PO prelims shift timings are 9 AM to 10 AM, 11.30 am to 12.30 pm, 2 pm to 3 pm and 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. SBI PO Mains exam timings are 2 pm to 3 pm and 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The Mains exam of SBI PO is conducted in around 70 cities. The Mains exam comprises objective-type and descriptive-type questions. Total marks allotted to the test are 250. TheMainsexam is coducted for candidates who qualify the prelims exam. Candidates can choose one SBI PO exam city each for prelims and Mains exams. Candidates are required to enter their preferences of exam cities during application. The exam centres are allotted to candidates as per their preferences. However, in case of unavailability of exam centres candidates are allotted to the exam centre other than the one selected by them. There is no provision to change SBI PO test centre after the final submission of the application form. Therefore, candidates are required to enter their choices of exam centres while filling the application form. Candidates should choose the exam centres carefully as it cannot be changed later.

SBI PO prelims exam is conducted in around 200 cities. The prelims exam is conducted for all the registered candidates. The prelims exam comprises three sections. The total marks allotted to the test are 100.
