SSC CGL Apply Online 2024 : How To Apply Online

The Staff Selection Commission activated the SSC CGL application form link 2024 with the release of the official notification. The candidates are required to fill out the application as per the instructions mentioned in the official notification to avoid the rejection of the SSC CGL applications 2024. The candidate requires the SSC registration number for login purposes. 

How to Apply Online for SSC CGL 2024 Exam?

Candidates could fill out the SSC CGL form 2024 on the official website of the Commission in two parts - registration and application. The steps to fill out the application form are given below.

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC - ssc.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the 'New User? Register Now 'link. 

Step 3: Fill the SSC CGL registration form.

Step 4: Log in to the registered account using the registration number (generated at the time of registration) and password (set at the time of registration).

Step 5: Fill in all details asked in the SSC CGL application form.

Step 6: Upload scanned images of photos and signatures and other important documents, if applicable. 

Step 7: Review the SSC online form carefully and click on the Final Submit button.

Step 8: Pay the application fee of INR 100 in online or offline mode.

SSC CGL 2024 Form Fee

SSC CGL form fee was INR 100 only. Once the form was duly filled, candidates can to pay SSC CGL application fee through SBI Challan/BHIM UPI/Net Banking or by using Visa/Mastercard/Maestro Credit/RuPay debit card. SSC CGL 2024 application correction fee is INR 200 for the first time and INR 500 for the second time.

On submission of the form, a registration ID and password were generated. Candidates had to note down the ID and password, which were required to apply for the SSC CGL exam as well as any other recruitment exam of the commission.

Note: As per the official website, registration of a candidate was considered complete only after the upload of the photograph and signature. Once registration is complete, candidates could proceed toward completing the online application process.

• On clicking above, the site will ask the registration number and date of birth of the candidate
• After entering the required details, the SSC CGL application status 2024 will appear on the screen
