SBI Clerk Application Form 2024-25: The State Bank of India (SBI) closed the window to fill SBI Clerk application form on January 7, 2025. The SBI Clerk 2024-25 application form was released on December 17, 2024, to fill up a total of 13735 vacancies. SBI Clerk 2024 application process is completely online. SBI Clerk Notification 2024 was published on December 16, 2024. SBI Clerk apply online link was activated one day after the notification was released. The application fee for SBI Clerk 2024-25 is INR 750 and SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS category candidates are exempted from fee payment. To apply for SBI Clerk, candidates must be a graduate. SBI Clerk 2025 application form was released on December 17, 2024. Interested candidates could fill SBI Clerk application form till January 7, 2024. The application process comprises several steps such as registration, uploading of scanned photograph and signature, filling the detailed application form, uploading the handwritten declaration and left thumb impression and paying the application fees. The application fees can be paid online. The application fees for the exam is INR 750 for the General and OBC categories. SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS categories are exempted from fee payment.

Q:   Is it compulsory to print my SBI Clerk application form?

No, it is not compulsory to print the SBI Clerk application form. However, it is better to take the printout because candidates need to produce it during document verification. Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of the application form. SBI Clerk application form needs to be filled online only. The application fee can be paid online only.

Candidates are required to register themselves online through the official website-bank.sbi/careers or sbi.co.in/careers. After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode for SBI Clerk 2024. Candidates are required to have a valid email ID and mobile number to fill SBI Clerk application form. Candidates are required to fill in various details such as name, father's name, educational qualification, experience, cast, city, photo, and signature. How Can I Apply Online for SBI Clerk 2024?

The application form of the SBI Clerk can be filled in five stages-registration, uploading photograph and signature, entering details, preview, and fee payment. Candidates must ascertain the SBI Clerk eligibility before applying for the exam. The steps to fill the application form are mentioned below:

Documents Required to fill SBI Clerk Application Form 

Candidates need to keep the following documents ready to fill the application form for SBI Clerk:

  • Valid email ID and contact number 
  • Scanned images of photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration
  • Marksheet of graduation to enter the educational qualification

Step 1: SBI Clerk Registration 2024

  • Visit the careers page of SBI - sbi.co.in/web/careers/current-openings
  • Click the advertisement 'Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales)' 
  • From the drop-down, candidates need to click on 'SBI Clerk apply online' link 
  • SBI Clerk 2024 registration home page opens
  • Select the 'Click here for New Registration' tab 
  • On clicking the link, the registration form opens
  • Enter name, phone number, email id, and security code
  • After successful registration, registration number and password are generated

Step 2: Uploading Photograph and Signature

  • Upload scanned images of photograph and signature after completing the registration
  • Specifications for scanning the photograph and signature are provided below

  • Size should be between 20kb to 50 kb
  • The photograph should not be more than 50kb
  • Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
  • Size of the file should be between 10 kb to 20kb
  • Ensure that the size of the signature is not more than 20 kb 

Step 3: Fill SBI Clerk 2024 Online Form

  • In the basic details part, candidates need to select state, official language, category, nationality, SBI Clerk centre for preliminary and mains exams, etc.
  • In the personal details part, fill date of birth, gender, father's name or mother's name, address, etc.
  • In this part of SBI Clerk application form, candidates need to enter educational qualification and work experience details

Step 4: Preview of SBI Clerk Application Form 

  • Preview the details carefully and make changes (if required) before submitting the form
  • SBI does not entertain any change after the final submission of SBI Clerk application form 
  • Agree to terms and conditions and submit the application form

Step 6: Uploading Thumb Impression and Handwritten Declaration

Before proceeding with paying the application fees, candidates need to upload a left thumb impression and handwritten declaration as per the prescribed format. The format for SBI Clerk handwritten declaration is given below:

“I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine”

Step 5: Fee Payment

Candidates can pay SBI Clerk exam application fee in online mode through debit card/ credit card/ internet banking.
