TransStadia University will release the COE TIEE 2025 application form tentaively in March. Candidates seeking admission to BBA Hons course offered by university must fill the online application form when released. Candidates will be able to fill the COE TIEE 2025 application form in online mode only at transstadiainstitute.in. The link to fill the application form will be updated soon after the release.

While filling the COE TIEE 2025 application form, candidates will have to enter the following details:

• Personal Details
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• 10th and 12th Board Marks
• Family Income – (for need based scholarship)
• Copies of other certificates and transcripts
• Extra circular details (sports and academic)
• Option to attach CV or a written work

TransStadia University conducts COE TIEE examination four times in a year. Candidates can appear in any of the cycles for COE TIEE. TSU conducts COE TIEE in following phases:

• First Cycle in April
• Second Cycle in May
• Third Cycle in June
• Fourth Cycle in July

To appear for the exam, candidates must ensure to have fulfilled the minimum eligibility of class 12th scores.

TransStadia University conducts Centre of Excellence – TransStadia Institute Eligibility Examination (COE-TIEE) for admission to its various UG courses. Candidates seeking admission to TransStadia University will have to go through the following stages of admission process:

Stage 1- Register for COE TIEE

Stage 2- Appear for COE TIEE

Stage 3- Appear for personal interview round

Stage 4- Revieve Offer Letter

Yes, University does accept other entrance exam scores in lieu of the COE-TIEE. For undergraduate admissions, the ACT and SAT are both acceptable. Students must achieve a minimum score of 1050 on the SAT or 21 on the ACT to qualify for further consideration for admission and scholarship opportunities. Selection for a personal interview will be based on the student's performance in the entrance tests, their Statement of Purpose (SOP), and their extracurricular activities.

As per the COE TIEE exam pattern, the question paper will consist of 20 questions in each section:

• Quantitative Analysis
• Logical Reasoning 
• Verbal Ability 
• Subject Awareness 

Candidates will get one mark for evry correct answer and 1/3rd will be marked negatively for evry incorrect answer.

COE TIEE exam will be conducted for a duration of one hour and 30 minutes. Candidates will have to attempt all the questions within the givcen time limit. COET TIEE question paper will be divided across three sections viz., 

• Quantitative Analysis and Logical Reasoning 
• Verbal Ability 
• Subject Awareness 

Candidates must meet the COE TIEE eligibility criteria for the following programs:

• BSc in Computer Science (CS): Candidates should have studied mathematics in their 11th and 12th grades (or equivalent). The selection process includes an entrance test, submission of a statement of purpose (SOP), and other extracurricular activities listed in the admission form or CV, followed by a personal interview and an admission offer.

• BSc in Sports Management: It is preferable (but not mandatory) for candidates to have studied economics and accounting, along with business management, in their 11th and 12th grades (or equivalent).

• BBA (Hons): Ideally, candidates should have studied economics, accounting, and business management in their 11th and 12th grades (or equivalent), though it is not compulsory.

• BCom (Hons): Preferably, candidates should have studied economics, accounting, and business management in their 11th and 12th grades (or equivalent), but this is not mandatory.

Yes, candidates can apply for one or more programs through COE TIEE. The application process begins tentatively in March 2025, and students will have the option to apply to multiple programs. However, applicant can accept admission to only one program of study.

Keep in mind that:

• Each program may have a separate panel for the personal interview stage.
• The admission process takes into account both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as entrance test performance, personal interview, and other factors. The final admission decision is based on a holistic evaluation of all these considerations.

As per the COE TIEE eligibility criteria, candidates must have:

• Obtained minimum of 60% in their class 12th board examination.
• appeared in any of the recognised boards except for National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)’s wherein, students will be allowed based on University's discreation.
• The subjects that the student has selected should be in line with the requirement of the program he/she has applied for. 

Candidates will have to write Statement of Purpose (SOP) in about 250 words for admission to TransStadia University. Candidates must compulsorily submit the SOP along with the COE TIEE application form 2025. Candidates must note that SOP must be original and must highlight the purpose of study at TSU and candidate's own individual story, goals, interests and career parths. The essay will be considered for shortlisting candidates for personal interview round.

TransStadia University will conduct COE-TIEE exam in online mode. The exam will be conducted for a duration of one hour and thirt minutes. Candidates will be able to appear for the COE TIEE exam 2025 from computers and mark the answers using the mouse and desktop. Candidates will have to click on the correct option and save.

The COE TIEE 2025 selection process is structured into multiple rounds and will take place across four months: April, May, June, and July. It consists of two main stages:

1. Group Discussion (GD): Candidates who clear the COE TIEE exam will participate in the group discussion round. During this stage, candidates will be assessed on their communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and ability to articulate their thoughts on a given topic. The goal is to evaluate both subject knowledge and soft skills.

2. Personal Interaction (PI): After the GD, candidates will proceed to the personal interaction or interview round. This stage focuses on assessing the candidate's personality, motivation for joining the program, and overall fit for the university. The interview panel may also consider factors like the candidate’s academic background, extracurricular achievements, and responses in the interview.

COE-TIEE 2025 selection round will be conducted soon after the online exam is conducted. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the personal interview round and would evaluate candidates on the following paramters:

The COE TIEE 2025 personal interview rounds will be held monthly from May to July. COE TIEE 2025 dates for personal interview will be provided to the candidates. If a candidate is unable to attend in person, the interview may be conducted online with prior approval from the panel.
