Step 5: Download the Confirmation Page
On successful payment of the application fee, a confirmation page will be generated. Candidates need to take at least four printouts of the confirmation page and keep them for future reference. Thereafter, the UGC NET 2024 application process will be complete.

There is no limit on the number o attempts that you can makefor the UGC NET exam. However, you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the exam, which include having master's degree with at least 55 per cent marks (50 per cent for reserved categories) or equivalent from the UGC recognised University. Candidates applying for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) should not be more than 30 years of age as on the first day of the month in which the UGC NET 2023 exam concludes.
