- The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam for admission to BE/BTech courses is scheduled to be held between Jan 22 and Jan 29, 2025. For BArch and BPlan courses, the exam is to be conducted on Jan 30, 2025.
- The NIMCET 2025 application form for admission to the MCA course will be released tentatively in Mar 2025. The NIMCET 2025 exam dates will be announced soon.
- The XAT 2025 result for the MBA/PGDM courses will be announced during the 3rd week of Jan 2025.
- ATMA 2025 Feb session registrations are open for admission to MBA/MMS/PGDM courses; the last date to apply is Feb 4, 2025. The ATMA 2025 exam for the Feb session will be held on Feb 16, 2025.

Bhilai Institute of Technology Courses Admission 2023
Students seeking admission to the UG courses offered by the Bhilai Institute of Technology are required to have a valid score in class 12 from a recognised board, followed by a valid score in PET/JEE. The DTE, CG, Raipur conducts centralized counseling for admissions. Students with graduation degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised college/university are eligible to take admission to the PG programmes offered by the college. Additionally students are also required to have a valid score in GATE for MTech, Pre MCA Test/NIMCET for MCA and CMAT/MAT/CAT/ATMA for MBA.
- Fees Waiver Scheme
According to the CGPET 2014 Admission Policy established by the State Government, an additional 5% of students will be admitted via this program. This intake will be more than what has been authorized. TFW won't be applicable, nevertheless, until the approved intake is exceeded by the number of students admitted.
- Reservation Policy
For the purpose of admission in the State, starting with the academic session 2013–14, 12%, 32%, and 14% of the total sanctioned seats in various courses offered by private, unaided technical educational institutions shall be set aside for candidates from SC, ST, and OBC, respectively.

MBA/PGDM | Candidate must have passed degree course of minimum 3 years in any recognized subject/branch from a recognized university/institution or 5 years integrated course with the above mentioned marks for UR candidate and 45% marks for SC, ST, OBC category and PWD candidate of Chhattisgarh is essential. |
MCA | Candidate must have passed 3 years degree course in BCA/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Equivalent Degree from a recognized university/institution with the above mentioned marks for UR category and 45% marks for SC, ST, OBC category and PWD candidate of Chhattisgarh OR Candidate must have passed 3 years degree course in B.Sc./B.Com./B.A., with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation Level, from a recognized university/institution with the above mentioned marks for UR category and 45% marks for SC, ST, OBC category and PWD candidate of Chhattisgarh (with Additional Bridge Course as per the norms of the concerned University). Allied subjects of mathematics such as Business Mathematics, Basic Mathematics etc., are not acceptable. Although higher subjects of mathematics like advanced mathematics is acceptable. |
