4. Fees :- Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi has higher fees as compared with the Indraprastha college for women Delhi. 
5. Cut-off :- Both colleges accept CUET exam cut-offs but the cut-offs at Daulat Ram College University of Delhi is higher as compared to the IP college for women Delhi for the same course.

So, we can conclude that in recent years IP college for women has improved its quality of education and provided better opportunities than Daulat Ram College University of Delhi. However, Daulat Ram College University in Delhi has built a strong base in past years, so it's not good to say that IP colleges are better.
