The Life of an IPCW Student.
Placements: There were about 54 students in my batch, all from different states of the country. Though everyone has their own personal group, everyone is helpful and friendly to each other. Four of our semesters happened online and we all helped each other. And all of us passed our graduation without any back. Many of my classmates also did internships here and there.
Infrastructure: I think my college infrastructure is one of a kind among DU colleges. The campus is very clean and has a good environment. There is college Wi-Fi. The canteen and also the washrooms are hygienic. The classrooms are also great, but the lab rooms can be improved. Sometimes computers are not enough for all of us. The hostel is also inside the college campus, which I think is very great. Through my friends, I got to know that the hostel food is good and the hostel life is great.
Faculty: The faculty members are all very experienced and helpful. Even during online classes, the teachers make sure all of us are given the best attention. The course curriculum is also very relevant. The finance subject teaches us about stock markets. In SEC, programming languages like HTML and R software are being taught. The difficulty level of semester exams is average. With proper and smart work, we can easily pass. For my batch, the pass percentage was 100%.
Other: I chose this course because I love mathematics very much and it has always been my strong point. The best thing about my course is that I got to really enjoy it while studying. Because most of my college life happened online, I didn’t get to enjoy many events. But once, I did open a stall in NE Fest and I enjoyed it so much. There is also one PE class per week. Overall, I enjoyed my college life very much.

IPCW in a nutshell: All you need to know.
Placements: About 20 to 30% of students were placed in my course. There is no such package for students in the B.A. Programme course. Since there are no placements for this course, there is no recruitment going on. Many students get internships on their own since our college does not provide any placements in our course. The top roles offered in my course could be in teaching, research, etc.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi usually never works. The classes cannot accommodate a large number of students. The library has 3 floors and has almost all the books that you need during college. The labs are good and have all the equipment necessary for conducting experiments, activities, etc. The quality of the food in the canteen is above average. The hostel is not habitable at all; please don't consider living there. The sports facilities are good, the college has its own gym, which is open from 8 am to 4 pm. There are good medical facilities available if needed.
Faculty: The teachers are very well qualified with years of experience. They teach well and make the class interactive instead of reading from PowerPoint presentations. The course curriculum is relevant to your course and helps in gaining knowledge for competitive exams too. The semester exams are not that hard; if you study well, you will score well. The passing percentage is about 33%.
Other: The course offers knowledge of philosophy, since psychology emerges from philosophy, it helps learn about the subject in depth. If I could improve anything, it is the depth of knowledge, since it is kind of shallow. The events are pretty lit but can get boring since the crowd is from our own college. The campus is in a secure area. There are many cats in the college, so you will have many furry friends there! The scholarship programs can be applied for from the college website. As it is an all-girls college, you will find girls who will uplift you.

Indraprastha college for women -Review.
Placements: There are no placements that I know as of now. But the College should be working on this and should improve these things. But yes, the college provides many internship opportunities to students and provides different types of activity-related programs to help them out .
Infrastructure: It is well maintained, provides all the possible facilities that are required for proper living and makes us feel at home. The wi-fi facility is a little more irritating as it goes down anytime. Other than this, all the lab classrooms and library facilities that are provided are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified but are not very engaged with students and their understanding. They teach us for the completion of the syllabus with their assistance, irrespective of the understanding of the students. The course curriculum is quite good since teachers can't always help us relate our subjects to the real world.

Amazing infrastructure, well-maintained, mesmerizing greenery, inactive societies.
Placements: Well, I'm a student of B.Com (Hons) of the 2026 batch. We have a placement cell named JET, and it is really active in providing students with internship opportunities and also attracting the topmost companies for placement. 70% of students were placed this year in top companies like EY and Deloitte. The highest package was 2,200,000, the lowest offered was 200,000, and the average package is 400,000. Almost 75% are able to crack internships in top companies like EY. Top roles are financial audit, management consultant, etc.
Infrastructure: To be honest, infrastructure is the best part of the college. I really love the infrastructure, greenery, beauty, and the pace of my college. Academic blocks are very well maintained, with proper ventilation facilities. There are literally numerous varieties of plants, trees, and flowers in our college, which catch our eyes every single day when we step into the college. In addition, cute little cats in our college make our day. Amenities are good, like water coolers are available at different places. There are various Wi-Fi connections in the college. Overall, the infrastructure of the college is good. Well, I have never lived in the hostel of my college as I have been living in a private PG since the very first day, so I do not have much idea regarding hostel facilities and all. Some of my college friends who live in the college hostel tell me about the hostel situation. They say that overall the hostel facilities are average, like the food is neither good nor bad—it's average. They said that the hostel rules are strict, like the maximum time for staying out is 10 PM, and if you're a bit late, the consequences are a bit much. It also needs to improve its water supply and Wi-Fi speed.
Faculty: The faculty of my branch in Indraprastha College for Women consists of experienced old individuals who have a lot of knowledge. On the contrary, they have the potential to become the best if they become a little bit lenient and calm towards the students. Although, some professors are very good. They even teach really well, as if we do not have to learn the topics all over again—only revisions are good to go. The professors have strong academic backgrounds as they have studied from the top colleges of India, including Delhi University itself. The curriculum is relevant enough to make students industry-ready, but students are advised to keep improving their skills by pursuing more and more internships, as the competition is really high. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate, and the passing percentage is 40%.
Other: Well, I am pursuing B.Com (Hons). In addition, this is one of the most demanded courses of Delhi University, as the university provides plenty of opportunities for students belonging to the Commerce stream. It provides good placement packages at top companies. Lastly, my motive for enrolling in this program is to gain knowledge under different streams, like our course covers wider topics such as Law, Business Mathematics, Marketing, Accounting, and International Business, which are all important for someone like me who wants to build a career in the corporate world. Well, for the time being, I'm fully satisfied with my course, so I don't think there could be any other improvement according to me. My overall campus life is good, especially because of my college friends. They are amazing. In addition, we do enjoy our college life to the fullest as we participate in various activities taking place in our college and other colleges as well. Talking about clubs and societies, unfortunately, they are not active. Talking about our college fest, known as "Shruti," it's really good, and we truly had fun in our fest as we literally danced and enjoyed a lot. We also participated in a lot of competitions conducted in our college fest. Our college's Diwali Mela is very well known, and we enjoy it a lot, doing dandiya and grooving to music.

Indraprastha college for women, DU .
Placements: The average placement of the college is around 17 lacs per annum, which is quite good. The best point about the college is that it provides on-campus placement opportunities for students, and the famous Big Four companies also come to the college to recruit from the amazing pool of students.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is available on campus, and the infrastructure is quite good, with large grounds and buildings for different departments. Classrooms are spacious enough to accommodate 70-80 students at a time. The library has two floors so that a good number of students can come and study in peace. The B.Com (Hons) course has practical subjects too, and for that, there are labs provided to the students with excellent systems.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is very good and helpful. The teachers are almost always available to solve students' queries and are quite approachable. The course has practical subjects also, such as learning accounting software and how to fill out income tax forms, which help the students become industry-ready. The semester exams are quite easy to pass with minimal studying.
Other: The campus crowd is quite good and since it is a all girls college so the atmosphere also is quite pleasant and disciplined.

Review of Indraprastha College for Women.
Placements: Around 80% of students are given guaranteed placements. Courses like B.Com. mass communication and psychology offered placements. Placements are around 7 lakhs per annum and it far exceeds the cost of education here. Talking about internships, there are several opportunities for them.
Infrastructure: library is good it is on three floors; the classrooms are big, but there is no AC so it gets really hot in the summer. Also, the tutorial rooms are cramped. The hostel has a nice taste, and the food is better than the food of other colleges. Wi-Fi is available all around the campus.
Faculty: The whole faculty for freshers this year was new so they had to get a little time to get familiar with students and how to teach but the overall experience with them was nice. The teachers are helpful and not strict. Semester exams are not difficult at all.
Other: I chose this course to help me with UPSC.
