NCHMCT JEE 2025 Result - The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the results of NCHMCT JEE few weeks after the exam is over. The NCHMCT JEE Result will be released based on NCHMCT JEE Final Answer Key. Candidates can check and download their NCHM JEE scorecard 2025 from the direct link available on this page (the link will be provided after the release of the result). Only candidates who have appeared for NCHM JEE 2025 will be issued scorecards mentioning marks, ranks, and qualifying status.

NTA will also send the scorecards of NCHM JEE 2025 to the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) for conducting counselling and seat allotment process of the qualified candidates.NCHM JEE 2025 result will contain an aspirant's All India Rank (AIR), total marks, and NTA rank. It may be noted that scorecards for NCHMCT JEE exam will not be sent by post to any candidate. Q:   Is NCHMCT JEE Result 2025 out?

A:

No, NCHMCT JEE Result 2025 has not been announced yet. NCHMCT JEE Result will be announced few weeks after the exam. The results of NCHMCT JEE exam will be declared after clarifying all the objections received on the answer key. The results are published on the official website. NCHMCT JEE Result has been prepared on the basis of NCHMCT JEE Final Answer Key 2025. Only those candidates who have successfully appeared for the NCHMCT JEE Exam, will be able to download the NCHMCT JEE Scorecard.

Q:   When will NCHMCT JEE 2025 result be published?

A:

The NCHMCT JEE 2025 result will be published few weeks after the NCHMCT JEE Exam is over. The result will be made available online on the NTA's website, nchmjee.nta.nic.in.

To check your result, you will need your application number and date of birth. Once you have entered your credentials, you will be able to view your scorecard, which will include your total score, sectional scores, and percentile rank.

The result will be used for admission to the various participating Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) across the country. The counselling process for admission will be conducted in June-July 2025.

  • Click on the "View NCHM JEE 2025 - NTA Score" link - To be updated here.
  • Enter application number, date of birth, and security pin (as shown on the screen)
 
  • View result for NCHMCT JEE exam
  • Download and print the NCHMCT JEE scorecard

NCHMCT JEE 2025 scorecard is calculated with the help of the formula mentioned below:

100 X Number of candidates appeared in the Session with raw scores EQUAL TO OR LESS than the candidate 
Total number of the candidates who appeared in the session

Q:   Can I re-evaluate my NCHMCT JEE result?

A:

No, there is no provision to re-evaluate/re-check NCHMCT JEE Result.  The exam conducting authority will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. Therefore, candidates have to accept the scores of the exam as declared by the authority as the final ones. Candidates who have secured more than or equal to the NCHMCT JEE Result cutoff will be eligible to appear for the NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2025. The NCHMCT cutoff means the opening and closing ranks after the NCHM JEE counselling rounds. The NCHMCT JEE 2025 cutoffs are prepared on the basis of the minimum qualifying marks and rank obtained by an aspirant in JEE. The opening and closing ranks for NCHMCT JEE are released for each college that accepts scores of the hotel management entrance exam.

NCHMCT JEE 2025 Result Tie-Breaking Policy

NCHMCT JEE merit list 2025 is prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in the hotel management entrance exam. In case, two or more aspirants secure the same marks in NCHMCT JEE 2025 exam, the following tie-breaking criteria will be applicable:

  • Candidates securing higher marks in the English section of NCHMCT JEE 2025 is ranked higher
  • If two or more candidates secure equal marks in NCHM JEE 2025 as well as in the English section then the candidate securing higher marks in the Service Aptitude section of the exam will be ranked higher
  • In case, the tie is still not resolved then the candidate who is older in age will be ranked higher.

Q:   Can I get direct admission to IHM?

A:

The possibility of direct admission to IHM depends on the course for which you are applying. If you are applying for any degree course, you cannot apply for direct admission. To be admitted to a degree programme such as the B.Sc. you must take the NCHMCT JEE exam. On the other hand, if you are applying for any Certificate or Diploma course offered by a particular IHM, you can apply for direct admission. For instance, you can apply for the Craftsmanship Course in Food Production with a 12th grade score.

Candidates who make it to the merit list of this hotel management entrance exam need to appear for NCHMCT JEE counselling as per the schedule released by the authorities.

On the basis of an aspirant’s score in NCHMCT JEE exam, they can secure admission in BSc Hospitality & Hotel Administration as well as nine other structured courses at the colleges accepting NCHMCT JEE scores for admission:

  • Central government institutes of hotel management
  • State government institutes of hotel management
