RUASAT 2025 application process for the academic session 2025-2026 will be held in two sessions, depending on the availability of the seats offered at the UG and PG levels at Ramaiah University. RUASAT application form 2025 session I will be released in the month of December 2024, tentatively.Â
The RUASAT 2025 registration process will be completely online. Aspirants who will be appearing for the examination are advised to check the eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the application form. The online application window is expected to remain open for a period of two month or so. The application fee for RUASAT will be paid online, through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking or UPI.

RUASAT 2025 application fee will be INR 2,000. The RUASAT 2025 application forms will be available online on the official website of Ramaiah University. Students need to visit the official website in order to register and apply. How to apply for RUASAT 2025 Application Form
Candidates will have to follow the below-mentioned steps on how to register and apply for RUASAT 2025.
Step 1: Registration
The student will have to visit the official website of Ramaiah University in order to register for RUASAT. Students will have to search for the ‘Admissions’ tab present on the panel. Once the candidate has clicked on the link, the candidate will be directed to a new page. From there, click on the ‘Registrations’ tab. Once the candidate clicks on the tab, the candidate will be directed to a new page where they will have to fill in the following details as mentioned:
Step 2: Fill Application Form
Once the candidate has registered, the student will have to then use their login ID and password to proceed to fill the application form. The candidate will have to fill up details such as their personal and academic details, upload the images such as their passport size photograph and signature and the documents.

Step 3: Proceed to pay Application Form
Once all the details are filled, the candidate can proceed to making the payment of the application fee which is INR 2,000. The application fee can only be paid online which is the following:
- Net Banking
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- UPI
Step 4: Confirmation
Once the student has made the payment, the candidate has successfully applied for RUASAT. A confirmation mail will be sent to the candidate on their registered email IDs.

Instructions for Candidates applying for RUASAT 2025
The student will have to follow the below-mentioned instructions while filling out the application form which is as follows:
- Fill in the application form after the candidate has met the eligibility for admission to the programme.
- The instructions in the Application Form are self-explanatory. Follow them strictly.
- It is mandatory to provide your correct email address as it will be used by the Admission Office for any communication.
- University / Board / Marks percentage written in the Application Form will be considered for all procedures related to admission. Any discrepancy found during original document verification will result in cancellation of Admission.
- Candidates must submit the filled-in application forms along with the supporting documents (duly self-attested) within 3 days of the declaration of Karnataka PUC/ISC/CBSE results in person / Parents / guardians. Other Examination Boards whose results may be declared after the results of the above-mentioned Boards, such applications will be considered subject to the availability of seats.
- You cannot apply more than once for the same program in one admission year.
