JNU extends last date to block seats for admission till December 5!

The JNU - Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has extended the last date to block the seats for Postgraduate courses further from December 2 to December 5, 2020. Candidates who have not yet blocked their seats, are required to block the seat in order to secure admission to the course offered at the renowned varsity. The JNU Entrance Exam (JNUEE) 2020 results were recently announced on December 1 and the cut-offs have also been released. Students who meet the cut-offs and make the list, are now required to block their seat to secure admission.
The seat blocking option is available for the following courses:

Advanced Diploma in Mass Media programmes |
MSc |
MCA |
BA (Hons) |
BSc-MSc integrated programme |
MTech |
MPH |
PG Diploma |
Certificate of Proficiency |
Here is the notice released by JNU:
The candidates are required to visit the official website of Jawaharlal Nehru University and are required to log in to block their seats. The candidates will later be required to upload their documents online and pay the fees in order to complete the admission process and secure a seat in the programme online.
The JNUEE 2020 examinations were successfully conducted from October 5 to October 8, 2020, and the results were announced online on December 1, 2020. The answer keys were released in October 22, 2020.
However, there were many errors in the answer keys which led to the delay of the declaration of results. The counselling session is currently underway and students are required to visit the official website to complete the admission formalities.
