Before filling out the BIT MCA 2025 applicaiton form, the candidates are advised to keep certain documents and information ready. By keeping these information ready, the candidates will be able to complete the BIT MCA 2025 applicaiton process without any issues.

Candidates will be able to access the BIT MCA 2025 application form online, To successfully be registered for the entrance examination and admission process, the candidates can follow the steps given below. 

• Step 1 - Registration: First, the candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the registration link. To complete the registration, the candidates will have to fill out their basic details and create a password for future login. After the registration is completed, the application number will be generated.
• Step 2 - Filling out the form: Candidates will have to fill out their personal, academic and contact details in the BIT MCA application form. All of the details have to be valid and as per the documents of the candidates. The preferred exam cities also have to be selected.
• Step 3 - Uploading of documents: Next, the candidates will have to upload their scanned passport-size photograph and signature as per the offiical specifications. If the specifications are not met, the documents will not be accepted.
• Step 4 - Payment of fee: Finally, the candidates will have to pay the BIT MCA 2025 application fee. The payment has to be done online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. Without the payment, the application form will not be submitted.

General Instructions

• Fill all the relevant fields in capital letters
• All items and fields in the application form are mandatory and must be filled in.
• Candidates are advised to provide all information provided is correct and accurate.
• Before the final submission, please ensure that all fields are correctly filled.
• After filling the complete form, you will be prompted “Lock and Submit Application” button.
• Once you click on the “Lock and Submit Application” button, the Form will be submitted.
• After submission of the application form, you will be prompted “Print Application Form”.
• Candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form, as that will be required during the counselling /admission procedure.

Specific Instructions

For candidates who seek admission under any reservation category:

• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC categories must upload their category certificates at the time of filling the application form
• Certification should be in the proper format
• It should be signed by the appropriate authority of rank not less than SDO
• Candidates must bring an original copy of the same during counselling/admission if called for.
