BIT Mesra Admission Process and Important Dates 2026

The Birla Institute of Technology Mesra admission process is completed online through the institute page (www.bitmesra.ac.in). Admission to BIT Mesra is based on merit and entrance exam scores. Admission is taken with the help of a valid entrance exam scores of MAT, JEE Main, XAT, NATA, CAT, CMAT, etc. Candidates willing to get Birla Institute of Technology Mesra course admissions, must apply to the respective course before the last date of application. Candidates must know their Birla Institute of Technology BIT Mesra Ranchi course eligibility and apply accordingly:

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria by securing a minimum aggregate of 50% to 75% in Class 12 for admission to UG level programmes.
Whereas, for PG level programmes, candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 50% to 55% in graduation.
For specific courses such as BTech students are required to pass Class 12 with minimum 60% scores.
And for MBA students must graduate with at least 50% scores.
