NIELIT Exam Application Form 2025 (July Cycle OUT): Check Registration Process & Last Date to Apply for O/A/B/C Level

NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle application form is now available. Candidates can apply for NIELIT 2025 July cycle until March 31, 2025 (O level direct and institute candidate). For the NIELIT 2025 A/B/C courses, the direct candidates can apply until March 31 and institute candidates can register until April 10, 2025. After the NIELIT 2025 application form last date, no applications will be accepted.

NIELIT Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF) process for the O/A/B/C January 2025 level exam has ended. Candidates were able to register for the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C January exam until November 13, 2024. All candidates had to complete the application process before the final date, to be registered for the entrance examination. Already registered candidates could log in using the required credentials to access the Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF).

No, a candidate can hold a valid registration for only one level at a time. Institutes that are authorised to conduct NIELIT courses need to submit the filled in online examination application forms. However, it shall be the responsibility of the institute to make sure that the same is verified by them and processed online, well before the cut-off date. Under no circumstances will any request with respect to the late submission be entertained, and the application (s) cannot be received and processed after the cut-off date.

Yes, it is compulsory to fill out the Online Examination Application Form (OEAF). There is no provision for offline or physical forms. Here to note is that the Physical Examination Application Form has been discontinued from the July 2013 Examination onwards.

As we know, the NIELIT Examination Centres are spread all over the country. A list of the examination centres will be available once a candidate applies for the examination form online. It is to be remembered that before filling out the Online Application Form (OEAF), the candidate needs to update his or her profile. This is a one-time activity.

There is no specific number as such. However, at each level, a candidate needs to complete the papers within the stipulated period. At NIELIT O/A/B/C levels, candidates can appear in any paper, in any order, if the subject has been covered by the institution running the accredited course and as mentioned on the application form. Candidates can directly appear in examinations if they satisfy the eligibility criteria as applicable to them. 

The NIELIT registration fee is non-refundable. The one-time, non-refundable registration fee is neither refundable nor adjustable against any other payments or purposes. The registration process is mentioned in the guidelines mentioned on the Online Student Portal.

• Visit the official website and click on 'Apply Online' at student.nielit.gov.in. 
• Select the Certificate Course 'O/A/B/C' Level
• FIll the Application Form
• Upload Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression
• Submit the Application Form
• Note down the Unique Appliction Number
• Take a Print Out of Application Form for Future use
• Also, pay registration fees via Online Payment Option.

The registered candidates can now access the NIELIT 2025 January Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) for O/A/B/C level examinations. The NIELIT 2025 application form i.e., OEAF can be submitted with the requisite fee by the Direct and Institutes' candidates until November 13, 2024. Practical exam will commence on February 8, 2025. The NIELIT 2025 Theory exam for O/A/B/C levels is scheduled to be conducted from January 15, 2025.

NIELIT registration application status can be checked in the online student portal at student.nielit.gov.in by providing the registration application number received by a candidate during the filling up of the Online Registration Application Form (ORAF).

As per the official website, there is no need to send the documents. A declaration is provided by the authorities to the candidates that if they provide any wrong or inaccurate information in Online Registraion Application form, they will be responsible for further legal or other consequences.
