Q: Which institutes can I get via JET exam?
On clearing the Joint Entrance Test (JET), students can get admission into Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) as well as the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute of India (SRFTI). These two premiere institutes are the conducting body of FTII JET as well. Candidates who qualify in this exam will be eligibile to take up film making related courses in either of the two institutes.
Q: What after the FTII JET?
Candidates who qualify in the Film and Television Institute of India Joint Entrance Test will be called for the orientation and interview process or audition round (for screen acting). Candidates will be shortlisted for the second round based on the scores secured in the entrance test. After that the final result will be released. FTII JET Cut off - Minimum Qualifying Marks
As per the official notification of FTII JET, the minimum final cut-off marks to qualify for admission into FTII are mentioned below -
i) 50% - General category.
ii) 45% - OBC NCL category.
iii) 40% - SC/ST category.

Q: How hard is it to crack FTII JET?
It is a bit tough to crack the FTII JET exam because FTII is the premier film making school in India and aspirants from all over India apply for this coveted exam making the competition a bit tough. To pass through the competition candidates will have to make a proper exam strategy and allot equal time to covering the whole syllabus, solving the question papers and leave good time for revision. As per the official notification, for all the five courses, the duration of FTII JET exam is 180 minutes i.e. 3 hours. The details of the centre, date and time of the examination will be mentioned on the admit card provided to the candidates who have successfully registered for the examination.

Q: What happens after the declaration of the FTII JET result?
After the FTII JET result is declared, candidates who qualified in the test will be called for the further rounds of selection which is interview or audition depending upon which course they have applied for. There will no seperate admit card be released for the interview or the audition round hence candidates are advised to keep their written test admit card safe.

Yes, after qualifying in the exam as per the FTII JET result. Ccandidate's will be called for a Personal Interview and there they will also have to give an audition.
