CLAT 2017 Exam Dates Announced

CLAT authorities have withdrawn the First Indicative Seat Allotment list released by them on June 5, 2017. Officials share that some 'inaccuracies' were there in the list and that is whyit was withdrawn. Aspirants can view the revised CLAT counselling dates in the table mentioned below.

The official notification of CLAT 2017 was released in October 2016. CLAT 2017 was scheduled to be conducted on May 14. Application process for CLAT commenced from January 1, 2017 onwards.

CLAT 2017 was conducted by Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) Patna. CLAT convener had shared that from this year onwards Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur would also be offering admission to aspirants basis their rank in CLAT exam. With this addition the total number of colleges offering admission to candidates on the basis of CLAT has increased to 18.

CLAT 2017 results have been declared and further aspirants need to take part in CLAT counselling process. Go through important CLAT counselling dates as mentioned below:

CLAT exam pattern is such that aspirants need to attempt multiple choice questions related to subjects such as โ€“ English including Comprehension, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

CLAT 2017 will be conducted completely online. The test paper consists of 200 questions which aspirants need to attempt in 2 hours duration.CLAT exam is conducted by the National Law Universities (NLUs) on a rotational basis. Last year, CLAT exam was conducted by Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab.
