A: 

The CUET exam is conducted once a year, but in multiple phases over a window of 10 days. The number of days of the exam may be increased or the dates may be extended in case of unforeseen events such as cancellation of exams, technical glitches, etc. Previous year, as many as 27 lac students appeared for CUET exam 2023 which was held from May 21 to June 23, 2023 in nine phases in 387 cities across India and 24 cities outside India for about 14,90,000 candidates. CUET 2023 exam was held in three slots including first shift between 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, second shift between 12 Noon to 2:00 PM and third shift between 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Candidates' performance on the admission exam determines whether they will be accepted into one of India's top BMM universities. To be admitted to the BMM programme,  applicants must successfully pass the entrance exams provided by the universities.

As per the eligibility criteria for admission in BMM programme, students should pass Class 12 with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate. Some colleges have specific eligibility criteria and admission criteria that candidates should fulfil.  The application will be deemed to be rejected if the individual does not meet the requirements.

CUET

Q:   What is the syllabus of CUET?

A: 

Common Univeristy Entrance Test (CUET) result is released by National Testing Agency. CUET syllabus is divided into three sections viz., Languages, Domain Subject and General Test. CUET language section assesses candidate through reading comprehension (factual, literary, and narrative), literary aptitude and vocabulary. CUET syllabus second section- domain subject assesses the candidate's in depth knowledge on the subject he/she has opted for. CUET third section- general test includes general knowledge, current affairs, general mental ability, quantitative reasoning and logical and analytical reasoning. CUET syllabus is available now. Q:   Can open students give CUET exam?

A: 
There is no restriction on the candidates based on their age or gender for appearing in the CUET entrance exam. Candidates who have passed class 12 can apply for the CUET exam. As per the instructions of the National Testing Agency in 2022, candidates are allowed to appear in the examination only once. Candidates who will fail the exam in 2022 will have to wait for their chance in the next year. However, from 2023 onwards, the number of attempts may increase depending on the situation.
