Decent college, good placements.
Placements: I did an internship that was arranged by my college. The stipend was Rs 10000 per month for the three-month internship. The placement process is smooth, and the average stipend for internships is Rs 7000. The placement process starts in the second year for internships.
Infrastructure: The library was well-stocked, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The vibrant campus life offered countless opportunities to grow both academically and personally. From clubs and organizations to sports and cultural events, there was something for everyone. The supportive community and dedicated faculty helped me reach my full potential.
Faculty: The professors were great, the coursework challenging, and the facilities were good. However, the administration was slow and unresponsive, and the course material was outdated. The workload was overwhelming, and the administration was unresponsive to student concerns.
Other: College is a journey that can be full of challenges and rewards. Choosing a course of study that aligns with your passions is essential, as is finding a supportive faculty and engaging campus life. However, outdated curriculum and bureaucratic hurdles can hinder progress. Ultimately, a balance between academic rigor and personal growth is key to a fulfilling college experience.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and good placements in 2023.
Placements: Almost 50% of students in my batch of students are selected in placement interviews. In placement they are offering us packages between 1.80 to 3.60 lac average packages, and this was a very good package they are offering us as a fresher. 60% of students got internships. In placement, there are so many companies, like ICICI Insurance Company, MNCs, etc.
Infrastructure: In Patkar College, we have a very big library, and the classroom is also very nice, and Patkar has a big campus, so everyone can enjoy their college life. The canteen also has very nice food and hygiene. Patkar has many sports competition and, plus, has a gym and lots of facilities.
Faculty: I am studying BBI, so the teachers are very helpful, and their teaching skills are also very good. They are not only prepared for the exam, but they are prepared for your future, and they will definitely help you choose your current career. Semesters are difficult, but if you do study, it's not difficult for you. In short, the faculty is very nice at BBI.
Other: I always want to work in a bank, so that's why I choose banking and insurance, and I have to say I have learned a lot from this course. If you are interested in banking or insurance, you want to work in a bank or insurance company like LIC; you must have to choose this course.

Brief Overview of Patkar College.
Placements: I'm not sure about the exact percentage, but I'd say roughly around 60% of our students got placed, with 6-8 LPA being the average salary. Top recruiting companies this year are Fluidata, TCS, and Marsh McLennan. The same companies also come for internships, with an internship acceptance rate of 60-70%. Top roles are usually data analyst and data science intern.
Infrastructure: There's only a girls' hostel available in our college, so I can't say much about it. But from what I've heard, it's decent, with curfews at 9:30 pm. The facilities in our college include a library, small gym, and canteen. However, these are very small and not comparable to other colleges, in my opinion.
Faculty: The faculty is what sets this college apart from other colleges. They're very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The curriculum is also very good and unique, with more emphasis on hands-on practical learning with real-world scenarios and case studies.
Other: I chose this course because of the curriculum and faculty. However, I wish the campus life would improve, and also the entire management regarding the scheduling of lectures and exams. Even the crowd isn't that great, and extracurricular activities are kept to a minimum.

Don't opt for this college at all.
Placements: The placements were very local; only a few people get placements that too for only a 12–15k salary; that too, not good placements were provided. There were also customer care executive profiles or HR-type jobs there. I think the internship was okay, but the placement was not at all good.
Infrastructure: The canteen has nothing; they only keep fewer things, and sitting arrangements are also not provided; they keep the fans off in the canteens. Food is also not good, and cleanliness is also not there. Previously, there were good items available, but now nothing is there.
Faculty: Teachers were okay, but the aided section teachers are very poor in their respective subjects; they don't know proper English at all; they don't let the lecture go properly; teachers were not helpful at all; only a few teachers are very great. There were no proper marksheet distribution facilities available. I was in caste admission. I had paid the fees too. They were making me stand in the queue to get the marksheet.

Good college for information technology.
Placements: Yes, the placement is great, with big companies like Quick Heal and TCS coming for placements. Teachers prepare us for placements and industrial behavior. They conduct PPT presentations and research work to make us ready for interviews and office culture.
Infrastructure: The hostel is for only girls. The computer labs and electronics labs are great. There is the best network connection for all lab equipment. The electronics labs are excellent for working. Classes are equipped with projectors. Teachers use PPT presentations and research work to make us ready for interviews and office culture.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent, not only in education but also in teaching us overall life lessons. They are humble and understand students' problems at their level. Teachers help us understand and solve problems, and they also nurture our talents by organizing competitions.
Other: Not a great campus, just one open ground in front of the college. The campus is not good.

Good college if you are more on the academic side.
Placements: Some of the recruitment companies were Tata consultancy, Union Bank, etc. This course does not provide internship. The students can work as an assistant accountant or general accountant. I don't know much about the package details. I was not interested in placement at the college as I was pursuing this course as a supplement to help in my professional course and also have a normal college life.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure may not be up to the mark, but it can do better. This includes toilets, classroom technologies, etc. The library was good. The canteen items were okay, but they did contain a number of items. I was not interested much in games and sports but I knew that there were college-level sports held and you could participate in them.
Faculty: The faculty is good; encouraging and healthy conversations take place. Teachers knew about their subjects and the practical side as well; the teaching quality was good. Personally, I think the course could undergo a change for the better, as it does not provide hands-on experience but just academic knowledge.
Other: I took this course to help me further in my other professional course, i.e., CA. This course could be considered a go-ahead course for preparation for CA. However, it does not provide in-depth knowledge as in CA but can help you get a grasp of the common subject. The course could be more industry-ready and more practical as it works in real life. Events are all good enough for you to enjoy your college life.
