ATMA cutoff is released by the participating institutes after the announcement of the ATMA result. More than 500 MBA colleges accept ATMA scores. The ATMA cut-off is different for all institutes and courses. These cutoffs will be available on the official website of each participating college or institute. Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria of the participating institutes can appear for further admission process, which includes Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. Clearing the sectional ATMA cutoff is not necessary while some take the sectional scores into consideration for offering admissions. ATMA exam was conducted on July 31, 2024, for the July sessions and the result for the same was announced on August 7, 2024. 

ATMA exam was conducted on May 25, 2024, for the May session and the results were out on May 30, 2024. ATMA exam 2024 was conducted on February 18, 2024, for the first session. The ATMA results were announced on February 24, 2024. The ATMA December exam was conducted on December 22, 2024, and the results will be announced on Decemeber 28, 2024.

Q:   Do top IIM accept ATMA score?

A:
No, IIM does not accept ATMA test scores for admission. If you want to get admission to the IIM, you will have to appear in the CAT exam. With the score of the ATMA test, you can get admission to more than 700 colleges. You can get admission to the following top management colleges: 1. The Xavier Institute of Management and Research 2. PSG College of Technology 3. RV Institute of Management 4. The Jayawantrao Sawant Institute of Management and Research 5. Shortlisted candidates who match the cutoff will be called for further selection procedure, which includes, Written Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Q:   What is a good score in ATMA exam?

Candidates appearing for the ATMA exam for admission to MBA programme, must have a good percentile to clear the cutoff of their preferred colleges. The validity of ATMA score is one year and students will be offered admission to colleges accepting ATMA scores through their ATMA result. Each institute releases their individual cutoffs. To gain admission, candidates need to match the cutoff criteria of their preferred institute. The ATMA exam has 180 questions and the total marks are 180. But, the raw scores are then scaled and the final marks are awarded out of 800. Knowing what is a good score in ATMA exam is subjective, however, the current trends suggest that the following will be considered a good score: Very good score- More than 700 Good score- 650-700 Average score- 620- 650 Low score- Below 550 Based on the scores obtained in the ATMA exam, the percentile of the candidates will be calculated.
