CMAT 2025 admit card release date is January 20, 2025 and the exam will be held on January 25, 2025. The NTA had announced CMAT 2025 schedule on November 14, 2024 and registrations started on the same day. The CMAT admit card 2025 will be issued to registered candidates only. Prior to the release of admit card, the city intimation slip will be issued for candidates to know their allotted test city.

Candidates will be able to download their CMAT admit card 2025 by using application number and date of birth. The CMAT admit card 2025 will contain candidate details such as name, application number, photo, signature, gender, address, age and other key information for identification. Q: Where can I download CMAT admit card from?

Candidates who shall have registered successfully for the CMAT exam will be issued an admit card which the main document of identification for appearing in the test. The CMAT admit card is released in online mode at the NTA-CMAT website. Candidates are required to download their respective admit card from the NTA-CMAT website only. The hardcopy of CMAT admit card will not be issued to any candidate. Every candidate is supposed to download the soft copy of their CMAT admit card from the NTA website. Q: Can I appear for CMAT at any test centre?

No, you cannot appear for the CMAT exam at any test centre. You can appear for the test at the centre mentioned in your CMAT admit card. Entry at every CMAT test centre is given to candidates only after thorough scrutiny of the hall ticket and ID proof. If you attempt to gain entry in any other test centre, you will be disqualified. Thus, candidates must make sure that they check the location of their allotted test centre beforehand and reach there on exam day on time. If they reach the test centre after the gates have been closed they will not be allowed entry under any circumstances. CMAT test centre gates close 15 minutes before the commencement of exam.

Q: Can I change my exam centre after the CMAT admit card has been issued?

No. You cannot change the exam centre after the CMAT admit card has been issued. You cannot take the exam at any other centre other than the one mentioned in your admit card, either. So make an informed decision at time of selecting your test city in the CMAT application form. Select only those cities where you can make arrangement of stay on the CMAT exam day. Choose your home city or city of current residence as the first test city. The examination authorities try to allot the test centre to a candidate as per their first preference. However, sometimes if there are not enough number of applicants for a city, the centre may be cancelled there and candidates are allotted a test centre in the next city of preference. If at a particular exam centre in a city has already been filled with candidates, then the remaining students are allotted a test city in the next city of preference.

How To Download CMAT Admit Card 2025?

CMAT admit card can be downloaded from the official website until the exam day. Following steps were to be followed to download the CMAT 2025 admit card:

Q: What is the CMAT exam duration? Can I change my exam slot?

The CMAT exam is held for three hours. The exam is sometimes held in a single slot and sometimes in double slot. CMAT 2024 was conducted in two shifts. The first shift was held from 9 am to 12 pm and the second shift was held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. There is no sectional time limit in CMAT. Candidates have to decide on their own how much time they want to spend on a particular section of the exam. PWD candidates get 20 minutes extra in CMAT. The exam slot allotted to candidates by the exam authorities cannot be changed. Candidates cannot request for change of exam slot or centre. They have to take the exam as per the slot and timings mentioned in their admit card. Thus to avoid getting late for the exam, candidates must reach the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned in the CMAT admit card.

Q: Will I be allowed to enter the CMAT exam centre if I reach after reporting time?

Candidates will not be allowed to enter the CMAT exam centre after 7:30 AM in first slot and after 1:30 PM in second slot. Thus, candidates must ensure they reach their exam centre on time. Candidates cannot change their CMAT exam centre or slot if they are late. They will have to take the test at the allotted CMAT exam centre only which is why, it is important to download the CMAT admit card as soon as it releases. Candidates get ample time to make arrangements for the exam day, if their test centre is far off. CMAT 2023 exam was conducted in two slots - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Reporting time for first slot was 7:00 AM and for second slot, it was 1:00 PM. However, the reporting time will be mentioned in every candidate's admit card. Candidates must also note that they can take the exam only at the centre mentioned on their CMAT admit card. They will not be allowed to enter the exam centre at any other exam venue. Thus, they must check the location of their exam centre before the exam day so that they know the requirements to reach the location on time on the exam day.

After downloading the CMAT admit card 2025, candidates should check it thoroughly for factual or spelling error/s as even a slight misprint can deem it invalid prohibiting the candidate from entering the exam hall. Check for following errors on the CMAT 2025 admit card:

Documents to carry along with CMAT 2025 Admit Card

Candidates must carry the following documents on the CMAT exam day for identification purpose. Those not carrying valid documents will not be allowed to take the exam.

Two copies of the CMAT admit card 2025 and a valid photo ID proof (two copies of admit card and original and photocopy of the photo ID)
Passport size photos (same as uploaded on the CMAT form) for pasting in the attendance sheet at the exam centre

Do not carry prohibited items such as bags, purses, pencil box, beepers, wrist watch, calculators, mobile phones, electronic devices, scanners, cameras, wireless/Bluetooth transmission or any such communication devices. 2. Don't wear jewellery made of metal, jackets, clothes with pockets, mehendi on palms and closed shoes. Socks are allowed inside it. 3. Q: What are the items prohibited at the CMAT exam centre?

No, any electronic item including the watch, mobile phone, ipad, calculator, watch, smartwatch, etc. Is not allowed inside the CMAT examination centre. Any candidate found carrying such an item inside the exam hall will be disqualified. Candidates can check time on the onscreen timer on their computer systems during the CMAT exam. Apart from electronic items, stationary other than a blue/black ball point pen, metal accessories or metal jewellery and eatables are not allowed. Caps & headgear, goggles, hoodies, shirt with pockets, pants with pockets and closed shoes are also not allowed inside the test centre. Any candidate found carrying any such item or pieces of paper will be disqualified from the exam. Candidates must not carry bags and other valuables, as CMAT exam centres do not have any provision of bag deposit.

To ensure fair and safe examination, the NTA conducts the CMAT exam through CCTV monitoring. There is also prohibition of certain items inside the examination hall.
