IBSAT 2024 Registration (Extended): Last Date, Application Fees, & How to Apply

Candidates seeking admission to MBA/PGDM programme of IBS campus through IBSAT could fill the online application form on or before the last date (December 18, 2024). To fill the IBSAT application form candidates must have refered the steps mentioned below:

IBSAT eligibility criteria refers to the minimum qualifications required to appear for the exam. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the prescribed criteria to appear for the IBSAT exam. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility criteria, their candidature will stand cancelled. Check the IBSAT eligibility criteria below:

• Passed a graduate degree of minimum of three-year or four-year duration from any recognised institute or university i.e. completion of formal education under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern.
• Obtained at least 50% marks in their bachelor's degree examination (final year).
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation degree are also eligible for the IBSAT exam, however, they must complete their graduation (all exams practical as well as theory papers) on or before May 31, 2024. Admission status of such candidates will be provisional until and unless they submit their Bachelor degree mark sheets to prove their eligibility for IBSAT 2024.

Yes, Candidates can fill the IBSAT application form in offline mode also. The offline application forms was released in first week of July 2024. To fill the IBSAT application form in offline mode, candidates can refer the steps mentioned below:

IBSAT 2024 application process has been extended till December 23. Candidates can fill the IBSAT registration form in online and offline modes. The registration process commenced in first week of July 2024 on the official webiste of ICFAI Business School. Candidates can fill the IBSAT 2024 application form on the official website of IBS- ibsindia.org. Candidates must enter their personal details to create login credentials and fill the application form. For successful registration candidates must have ensured to pay the IBSAT application fee of INR 1800. Candidates who registered successfully along with the payment of application fee will be able to book exam slot and download the admit card online.

IBSAT 2024 slot booking window is open. Only registered candidates who will complete the application process along with the payment of the application fee can book the exam slot. To book the IBSAT exam slot candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1- Visit the official website of IBS and login with the credentials

Step 2- Click on the tab ‘Schedule IBSAT’

Step 3- Click on the link provided for login

Step 4- Screen will now display the login page. Enter the credentials:

• Application Number
• Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY format)
• Enter the captcha

Step 5- Click on the tab ‘Book a seat’

Step 6- Enter the following details:

• Test name
• City
• Date
• Test centre name
• Test centre address

Step 7- Select the suitable exam timing and click on the tab ‘Book’

Step 8- Candidates will be given 1 minute to confirm the timing of the examination.

Step 9- Screen will now display the candidate and examination details.

Step 10- Download the IBSAT admit card.

No, it is not mandatory to fill the IBSAT 2024 application form in one go. The IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) is an MBA entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, and the application process typically allows candidates to fill the form in multiple sittings.

Candidates desiring to take admission to the MBA/PGDM programme of IBS campuses must fill the IBSAT application form compulsorily. Candidates having a valid scores in CAT/XAT/CMAT or any other state-level examination will be exempted from taking the IBSAT exam. While filling the IBSAT application form candidates must enter their personal details and academic details. If the candidate has appeared for any of the MBA entrance examinations, he/she must enter the score obtained to get exempted from appearing in the IBSAT exam. However, if a candidate does not have CAT score, he/she can skip entering the CAT score and proceed to the next step. Such candidates will have to appear for the IBSAT exam when scheduled. IBSAT 2024 exam will be held tentatively in last week of December 2024. The exam is conducted in remote proctored mode. Candidates will be able to take the exam from their own laptops/desktops.

Candidates can save and change the information in the IBSAT application form before the payment of the application form. Once the application form is submitted candidates will not be able to edit or change the personal information. There will be no provision for an application form correction window. Candidates are advised to enter the details carefully while filling the application form. Candidates must note that they can enter their CAT or relevant MBA entrance exam scores after submitting the application form. 

IBSAT 2023 registrations commenced from July 01, 2023. The last date of registration for IBSAT 2023 was December 20, 2023. Only candidates who completed the IBSAT registration form along with the payment of the application fee will be able to appear for the exam.

IBSAT registration will commence tentatively in first week of July 2024. Candidates will be able to fill the application form till third week of December 2024. The slot booking window will be open in November 2024. Registered candidates will be able to download their IBSAT admit card soon after booking the exam slot online. To download the admit card candidates must ensure to have completed the IBSAT application form along with the payment of the application fee. Candidates can choose the preferable exam slot from the exam dates provided. The exam will be conducted in remote proctored mode. The exam can be taken from any location with own laptop/desktop. Candidates must appear for the exam in the given exam timing. No request for change in exam slot will be entertained once the admit card is issued.
