MICAT 2 Registration 2025: Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, has started the MICAT 2 registrations. Candidates can apply for the second phase of MICAT exam until January 11, 2025. The process to fill the Phase 2 MICAT exam form is similar to the registration process followed in the first phase. MICA Ahmedabad releases the MICAT registrations for both exam phases separately. The MICAT 2025 application form submission requires candidates to fill personal, academic, and work experience-related details. Additionally, candidates need to upload the photograph and signature in a prescribed format. Payment of the MICAT registration fee will lead to the final submission of the MICAT form.

Q: Is MICAT 2024 registration open?
Yes. Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, has commenced the MICAT registration in September. Candidates aspiring for MICA PGP admission can apply for MICAT-I exam until November 20. However, the registration window for MICAT II is being facilitated from November 23 to January 17, as per the extended deadline. Candidates can apply for either or both of the MICAT exam phases. MICAT 2024 will aid the PGDM and PGDM-C admissions in MICA for 2024-26 admission batch.
Q: Do I need to add CAT/XAT/GMAT scores to fill MICAT application form?
Candidates need to appear for any of the national level the exams, among CAT, XAT or GMAT to participate in the MICA PGDM selection process. Admissions to MICA PGDM is based on shortlists prepared considering the MICAT scores, national level exam scores, GE and PI scores. Candidates filling the MICAT application form have to enter the scores of national level exam. However, if they are yet to appear for the exams, they can add the exam scores later. MICA provides the facility to add exam scores at later stage of the registration process.
Q: What is the eligibility criteria to apply for MICAT exam?
MICAT exam is conducted for admission to PGDM, and PGDMC. Candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree programme in 10+2+3 system are eligible to apply for MICAT. The bachelor's level qualification must be completed in any stream/discipline that is recognised by Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Candidates appearing for final year exam for the Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.

Candidates aspiring for MICAT exam have to fill and submit the registration form before a specified deadline. MICAT registration deadline for both exam phases will vary. Based on the trends, MICAT exam registration for first exam phase ends in the third week of November. Whereas, MICAT registration for the second exam phase concludes in the third week of January.
MICAT 2024 registration for first exam phase will conclude on November 20. While the MICAT registration for second exam phase will conclude on January 16.

MICAT Registration Schedule 2025
MICA is conducting MICAT 2025 exam in two phases. The registration process for both phases of the MICAT exam is facilitated separately. Therefore, the MICAT registration schedule varies for both the exam phases. Candidates can apply for MICAT II as soon as the first phase exam registration concludes.

Q: Can I re-submit the MICAT application form in case of errors while filling the form?
Candidates may come across situations when they make mistakes while filling the application form. MICA does not allow duplicate form submission by the candidates. However, candidates may use a different mobile number and email ID to complete the MICAT registration with correct details. Facility foir application form correct is not provided during the MICAT application process. Candidates applying again with the same details may get their candidature rejected.

How to Apply for MICAT 2 Exam 2025?
To apply for MICAT II exam, candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below.
- Visit the official website of MICA, Ahmedabad and click on apply now
- Fill in the details and read the terms and conditions carefully
- Click on the “I Agree” button to accept the Terms and Conditions
- Once done, click on the “Submit” button. MICA ID and password will be sent in registered Email and SMS
- A new window opens up once the ‘Submit’ button is pressed. Click on the Go to Application Form on the Top Right part of the page to proceed further
- Enter personal details including parents' details such as date of birth, gender, nationality, marital status, etc.

Q: Do I need to pay MICAT application fee even if I paid the CAT registration fee?
Appearing for CAT/XAT/GMAT, is a prerequisite to appear for the MICAT exam. Therefore, candidates who applied and appeared for CAT, XAT or GMAT are also required to apply for MICAT and appear for the exam. Submission of the application form for MICAT requires the candidates to pay the registration fee.
Scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT are considered during the selection process. Besides the score in the national level exams, MICAT scores also play a part while shortlisting candidates for admission. Therefore, appearing for MICAT or any national level exam is not an optional stage in the selection process.

Q: Can I pay the MICAT registration fee in an offline mode?
No. All candidates have to pay the MICAT application fee in an online mode only. The gatway for MICAT form fee payment can be chosen while paymentg of the application fee. Candidates can use internet banking/credit card/debit card/UPI to pay the MICAT application fee. The authorities will not entertain any requests for offline fee payment. If the candidates face any problems paying the application fee, they must contact the authorities immediately. Failure to pay the application fee before the deadline will lead to the disqualification of the candidature from the MICAT examination process.

While filling the MICAT II application form, the candidates must keep the following in mind:
- The candidate must ensure that the information furnished is correct and can be validated later
- Do not leave any field marked as mandatory empty. A candidate might face rejection against Incomplete forms
- Upload a scanned copy of a recent passport-sized photo and signature with the form (in the prescribed format)
- Before submitting the form, must check the information mentioned twice. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited
- Update your score options in the online application form which you would like to submit (i.e. CAT, XAT & GMAT).
