INI CET 2025 exam for January session will be held on November 10, 2024. INI CET application process comprises both basic and final registration. INI CET, known as the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance entrance exam is conducted twice a year for admission to the PG courses at 20 institutes of National Importance including 16 AIIMS. AIIMS started basic registration for INI CET 2025 January session on September 5, 2024. The last date to complete registration and basic candidate information is October 5, 2024.

Know INI CET 2025 Exam Pattern
INI CET Exam Pattern comprises all needful information regarding the exam including mode, duration, type, the total number of questions asked, and marking scheme. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam should know INI CET 2025 exam pattern so that they can plan accordingly. The INI CET 2025 January session will be conducted in computer-based mode at digital centers where each candidate will be allotted a separate system with separate login IDs. The test paper will comprise a total of 200 objective questions with a single correct answer and multiple correct answer type questions. Candidates will get three hours or 180 minutes to answer the paper.

Type of questions in INI CET 2025 January session
The IN CET 2024 test paper will have 200 MCQ questions which will be further divided into the below-mentioned types.
Single Correct Answer Type Question: Candidates will be given 4 options to answer such questions. Out of those four options, only 1 option will be correct. Below is one of the examples of a single correct answer type questions.

The answer to the above question is ‘emulsification of fats’, thus the candidate has to mark ‘c’.
Multiple Correct Choice questions: As the name suggests, such types of questions will have more than one correct answer. Candidates need to be careful to answer them as the best suitable option will be the correct choice.
Such questions will have responses like
(1) If a, b, c are correct
(2) If a and c are correct
(3) If b and d are correct
(4) If all four (a, b, c, & d) are correct
Candidates will have to read and understand the question thoroughly to be able to answer such questions. Since more than one given option will be correct here. Candidates must note that, though the question may have more than one correct answer, there is only one correct response even for these questions. Candidates will have to mark only one response on the OMR sheet for such questions.
