INI CET 2025 January session Registration: The Process
The eligible candidates will have to register to become a part of seat allocation process for INI CET counselling 2025. INI CET 2025 registration will be done on the official website of AIIMS. How to Register for INI CET 2025 Counselling?
Candidates need to follow the steps given below for making online registration to fill choice of colleges and courses.

Choice Filing and Locking for INI CET Counselling 2025
INI CET 2025 Choice Filing is the second crucial step for the counselling. Candidates must note that registration is mandatory to fill choice of colleges and specialisations in which aspirants wish to get admission. Candidates can fill n number of choices for seat allotment process. They can also rearrange the choices as per their preferences. Candidates are advised to fill the choice as per their eligibility and rank. AIIMS also provides the facility to edit the choice for INI CET 2025 counselling till the last date as per the counselling schedule. The choices will be locked automatically after the last date. Candidate can’t change the preference of choices once it is submitted.
How to Fill Choices for Counselling Round?
- Login to the registered account
- Click on “Make Choice”
- To add choice, select the preferred AIIMS institute
- Click on “Add Choice”
- To remove a choice, click on the “Delete” option next to the drop-down
- After filling in the preferences, click on “Save”
- Recheck your preferences and confirm the choices

After registration and choice filling steps, seats will be allocated in different PG courses such as MD,MS, MCh. AIIMS has already released the final seat matrix for INI CET 2025 January session. A total of 1,479 seats will be filled through the counselling.
Q: How to do INI CET basic registration?
Candidates will have to login online and submit basic details to complete the basic registration. Check the steps given below to complete the basic registration for INI CET:
- Go to aiimsexams.org and click on ‘Academic courses’
- Select ‘MD/ MS/ MCh (6years)/ DM (6years)/ MDS’ and click on ‘Proceed’
- In new basic registration zone, select ‘Click here for new basic registration’
- Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Proceed’
- Fill details in the Basic Registration form
- Check the details carefully as these cannot be changed past this stage
- Tick the checkbox after reading the declaration
- Click on ‘Generate registration ID and password’
- System generated registration ID will be displayed on the screen
- Note down this INI CET registration ID
Q: Do I need to upload all documents for INI CET application in one sitting only?
No. It is not compulsory to upload all documents in a go for INI CET. Candidates have to upload documents and save INI CET application form. Next time open the window and upload rest documents, pay fee and submit it. It must be noted, only online application form is accepted for INI CET exam.
Q: What are possible reasons for rejection of signature in INI CET application form?
Signature could be rejected due to number of reasons such as size and format. Candidates are advised to check all criteria carefully to upload the scanned image of signature in INI CET 2025 application form. Signature could be rejected due to reasons given below:

- Signature is in coloured ink
- Too light and unclear Signature

After INI CET basic registration, candidates will have to generate Exam Unique Code (EUC) and proceed for the final registration. EUC can be generated after logging with registration ID and password and selecting course for admission. Candidates will have to enter qualification details, registration number, and other information, as final part of registration. They will also have to pay online application fee and select an exam centre to submit INI CET application form.
Q: Will the application fee be refunded in case INI CET application form is rejected?
No, the application fee for INI CET is non-refundable. Therefore, candidates are advised to carefully check the application form before submitting it. To apply for INI CET, candidates have to complete the basic registration form first followed by generation of Exam Unique Code (EUC) and final registration. It must be noted AIIMS only accepts online application form for INI CET exam. Basic registration is manadatory to submit application form for INI CET.
