NEET 2025 Admit Card (Released): Download Hall Ticket @neet.nta.nic.in

Candidates will be able to download the NEET admit card 2025 by logging in with their NEET 2025 Application Number and Date of Birth. Candidates should save both hard and soft copies of the NEET hall ticket 2025. It is a crucial document which carries information related to candidates' exam centres, timing, Roll Number and other instructions and guidelines for the exam day. 

The admit card for NEET 2025 will be available in online mode only. Candidates have to follow the steps given below to download it:

• • Visit the NEET 2024 website –  exams.nta.ac.in/NEET or neet.ntaonline.in (direct link will be provided as and when the admit card is released)

  • Click on the link indicating NEET 2025 Admit Card download

  • Enter the NEET 2025 Application Number and Date of Birth

  • Enter the Security Pin

  • Download the NEET 2025 Admit Card

  • Take multiple printouts

The document was released in a PDF format and candidates must preserve it till the admission process is completed. 

In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the Admit Card for NEET 2025 along with Undertaking, he/she has to contact 011-40759000/-69227700 or e-mail neet@nta.ac.in from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Details Mentioned on NEET Admit Card 2025

The NEET 2025 admit card will carry information such as candidates' roll number, personal details, photograph and signature, exam centre address, exam date and timing, and exam day instructions and guidelines. It also carries an undertaking which has to be filled and taken to the NEET 2025 exam centre. The NEET admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the NEET exam centre. 

The details mentioned on the admit card of NEET 2025 will be matched with the ID proof of the candidate on the day of the examination. If they do not match, such candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Thus, it is important to check the NEET admit card for errors. Candidates are advised to report any error on the NEET 2025 admit card to NTA and show the email to the exam centre officials so that they are allowed entry to the exam centres.

The details mentioned on the admit card for NEET UG include the personal details of candidates such as name, Roll Number, photograph and signature, exam date and time, exam centre address and other guidelines regarding the exam.

Candidates had to follow the instructions given below after downloading the NEET 2025 admit card:

• Take a coloured printout of the admit card for NEET 2025
• Affix a passport-size photograph in the space provided. (Same as the one submitted with the application form for NEET 2025)

What are the instructions printed on the NEET UG Admit Card 2025?

General exam day instructions for NEET 2025 were printed on the admit card. A few important instructions on the NEET admit card were:

• Candidates must not sign on the NEET admit card in advance. They should do it in the presence of invigilators, after their instruction.
• They must report to the exam centre at the 'reporting time' mentioned on the NEET 2025 admit card.
• Details and address of the allotted exam centre can be found on the admit card of NEET.
• The entry to the exam centre will begin at 11.40 am and the last entry into the examination hall will be at 1.30 pm.
• Candidates found in possession of the barred items will not be allowed to complete the examination.
• Candidates should visit the exam centre a day before the examination.
• Geometry/ pencil box, calculator, log table, slide ruler, any paper or textual material, etc. are not allowed inside the examination hall.
• Handbags, purses, wallets, electronic gadgets, calculators, watches, etc are also barred inside the examination hall.
• Students are not allowed to carry any eatables inside the examination hall. However, diabetic students are allowed to carry fruits/ sugar tablets.
• Candidates must drop their NEET 2025 admit card in a box placed outside the exam hall upon completion of the examination.
• Candidates must leave the exam hall one by one and must wait for their turn to avoid crowding outside the centres.

How to Retrieve a Forgotten Registration Number?

Retrieving the registration number is a four-step process. Though the process is easy, candidates were advised to note the number carefully and not rely on this method.

Steps to retrieve the registration ID:

• Go to the official website of NTA NEET.
• Click on “Forgot Registration Number”.
• Enter the following details: Name, mother’s name, father’s name, category, date of birth, and security pin.
• The registration number will be displayed on the screen.
• Copy the number and use it to download the admit card.

Candidates who do not have access to the internet or printers could download the admit card for NEET 2025 from a nearby Common Services Centre (CSC). The CSCs are spread across the country and charge a nominal fee for the services provided. There are more than 2.5 lakh CSCs in India and the numbers are increasing every year. What to carry on the day of the examination?

Apart from the NEET 2025 admit card, candidates had to carry the following documents to the exam centre:

• Passport-sized photograph (same as the one uploaded with the application form)
• A valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter ID)
• Transparent water bottle

NEET 2025 Admit Card: Important Points to Remember

Candidates should keep in mind the following information during and after downloading the NEET 2025 admit card. 

• In case a candidate is unable to download his/ her NEET admit cards from the website, he or she may approach the Help Line between 10 AM to 5 PM or write an email to NTA at neet@nta.ac.in.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid photo ID proof on the day of NEET 2025.
• Candidates have to carry a passport-sized photograph on the day of the examination. This photograph has to be affixed to the attendance sheet.
• In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures shown on the NEET Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate should immediately approach the Help Line between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. In such cases, candidates will be allowed to appear in the Examination with the already downloaded NEET 2025 Admit Card. However, NTA will take the necessary action to correct the record later.

Earlier, NTA released the NEET admit card approximately two weeks prior to the exam date. However, over the past two years, NTA released the admit card a week to three days before the exam. From 2022 onwards, NTA started releasing advanced intimation to city slips which provided test-takers with the exam city. The table below brings the previous years' dates of the NEET hall ticket release date based on which you can predict the tentative NEET admit card 2025 release date.

Before releasing the NEET 2024 admit card or the hall ticket, NTA released the NEET 2024 city intimation slip mentioning the city where the candidates' NEET exam centre was located on April 24, 2024. However, it is unlikely that NTA will release the city intimation slip for NEET 2024 re-exam.
