The last date to register for RUHS BSc Nursing 2024 was extended. Applicants who want to fill the application form of RUHS BSc Nursing 2024 can apply till July 19, 2024 (up to 2 P.M.), by visiting the official website at bscnursing2024.com. Earlier the last date for RUHS BSc Nursing registration was July 16, 2024.
The RUHS 2024 nursing application process was started on June 25, 2024. Applicants who wanted to do RUHS BSc nursing registration were advised to check for eligibility criteria before applying online. After filling the online form students need to pay RUHS BSc Nursing application fees 2024 and submit the required documents.
Candidates should be very careful while filling up the application form of RUHS nursing exam, as any discrepancy will be subject to the rejection of the candidature. In case any candidate fills more than one application form by mistake or by some technical issue, then, the last and the completed application form will be taken into consideration.

Documents Required for RUHS BSc Nursing Registration 2024
Candidates are required to furnish several details while filling RUHS 2024 nursing application form and hence are required to keep various documents ready before they start filling out the application form:
- Scanned copy of your recent passport-size coloured photo (jpg or jpeg, size preferably up to a maximum 100 KB). The specifications of the photograph are as below:
- Sized such that the head is between 25 and 35 mm from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head
- Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background
- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
- With a neutral facial expression and both eyes open
- Taken in clothing that you normally wear daily:
- Uniforms should not be worn in your photo, except religious clothing that is worn daily.
- The candidate should not wear a hat or head covering that obscures the hair or hairline, unless worn daily for a religious purpose. The candidate’s full face must be visible, and the head covering must not cast any shadows on the candidate’s face.
- Headphones, wireless hands-free devices or similar items are not acceptable in the candidate’s photo.
- If the candidate normally wears prescription glasses, a hearing device or similar articles, they may be worn for the candidate’s photo.
- Dark glasses or non-prescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable unless the candidate needs them for medical reasons (a medical certificate may be required)
- Glare on glasses is not acceptable in the candidate’s photo. Glare can be avoided with a slight downward tilt of the glasses or by removing the glasses or by turning off the camera flash.
- Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature in the prescribed format (jpg or jpeg, size preferably up to maximum 50 KB). Be very careful while scanning your signature. The candidate should first put his/her signature in an area of about 2" × 1" on blank paper with a ball-point pen. They have to scan this paper. Now, cut/ select only the signature area (2" × 1") and save it as Jpg or jpeg (do not upload the signature in A4 size format / full paper).

RUHS BSc Nursing Application Process 2024
To register as a new candidate, the candidate will be required to provide his/her valid email ID as the username and password. If any candidate does not have the email ID then they are advised to create a new one or else they can provide any email ID which is of their relative and can access the mail regarding the receipt of the application form. After the successful registration, the candidate will receive his/her username and password on their registered email ID. The candidate can also log in to their RUHS account by using their username and password and can fill the RUHS 2024 nursing application form. Candidates are advised to keep track of their email inbox and the spam folder for the username and password.
Documents Required while filling RUHS BSc Nursing Application Form
Applicants can check the below-mentioned documents which will be required while filling the application form of RUHS BSc Nursing 2024
- Transaction document/payment proof (after payment is done)
- Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet / certificate
- Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent
- Copy of photo ID (Driving Licence / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt. or PSU card / School ID card / 12th class examination admit card / Aadhar card)
- 4 Passport size photo same as affixed on the RUHS BSc Nursing 2024 application form and also as uploaded
- Domicile certificate of Rajasthan state, if applicable
- (Caste certificate, sub-category certificate, PwD certificate, EWS certificate, Migration certificate) if applicable

RUHS BSc Nursing Nursing 2024 Application Correction Facility
As per the notification shared by the exam conducting body, candidates will be allowed to make corrections to their RUHS 2024 application forms as per the stipulated time mentioned by RUHS Jaipur. The application correction facility will allow candidates to make necessary changes to the RUHS application form that were entered by mistake.
How to fill RUHS BSc Nursing 2024 Nursing Application Form?
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to fill out the RUHS Application form 2024:
Step 1: Personal Details
- Candidates have to select their salutation (Mr /Mrs / Ms)
- Candidates have to enter their name (exact and complete name as it appears in your SSC/SSLC/ 10th class mark sheet), without salutation Mr. /Mrs. /Ms.
- Candidates have to enter their father’s name
- Candidates have to enter their mother’s name
- Candidates have to select their applicable gender
- Candidates should mention their Date of Birth (in dd-mm-yyyy format) as per the metric certificate.
- Candidates have to choose any one category as applicable to them. No change of category will be permitted once submitted/confirmed in the online application form.
- Candidates have to choose their additional category (if applicable)
- Choose the state of domicile
- Select Identity proof and provide its detail
- Present (Correspondence) communication address. Write the full present address along with City/Tehsil, where the communication to you could be made.
- Select your State, District from the list given. Enter your Pin code in the given space. Write your Mobile number (without zero ‘0’) compulsorily i.e. only 10 digit number

Step 2: Academic Details
- Candidates have to provide their secondary exam details such as board name, division, passing year, subjects, course duration, and the number of attempts. If the candidate has a CGPA Score, they have to fill percent of marks after converting CGPA
- Candidates have to provide their 10+2 or Secondary examination details such as board name, passing year, course duration, and the number of attempts. They have to write the marks obtained and the maximum marks in each of the following science subjects as appearing in the mark sheet of 10+2 or an equivalent examination (if passed)
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- English
Step 3: Information regarding conduct/character certificate
- Reference (responsible person) details of the last college/institute attended, write name designation (if any), address, and mobile number of two more references
- Whether the candidate has ever been penalized, removed, or blacklisted, if yes then mention the section under which penalized and also mention the penalty: Yes/No If it is yes, enter mention the section under which penalized and also mention the penalty
- Other Entrance Examination Details regarding applying for other RUHS Entrance Examination in 2024-22
- Review the application Read the Declaration and click on the ‘I agree' box
Step 4: Upload photograph and signature
- Candidates have to upload their recent passport-size coloured photograph /signature in jpg/ jpeg format by selecting the type of file one by one in the specified area. The photograph and signature will appear on the screen and a message will appear on the screen about the successful uploading of documents
- If the candidate’s photo/signature image appears small or is not visible, then it means your photo/signature image file is not as per the prescribed format. Re-upload the same
Step 5: Preview the RUHS application form
- Candidates have to check all entries/details carefully provided by them in earlier steps. Click on the ‘Previous’ button to go back & make the required correction
- Click on ‘Submit & Proceed to Pay’ to go to the Payment Page. After that, the candidates will not be able to change/update the application form
Step 6: Application Fee payment
- Candidates have to press “Proceed to Pay” for online fee payment. It will be redirected to the payment gateway. If the candidate wants to pay the registration amount through challan. Please click on the "Click here to print E-Mitra Challan" button to take challan format print-out and pay at any E-Mitra kiosk.
- After successful online fee payment, the application form will be submitted automatically. Candidates will find a link to download or print their RUHS 2024 nursing application form
RUHS APPLICATION FEE 2024
All candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of INR 1800/- (INR 900 for SC, ST, ST-STA category of Rajasthan state) using the procedure mentioned in the online application form (plus service charges, as applicable).
Important Guideline Regarding RUHS BSc Nursing Application Form 2024
Read important guidelines related to the RUHS application form filling process:
- Candidates must sign the declaration on the printout of the application form. It is mandatory.
- Candidates have to put their thumb impressions at the specified place
- Keep the completed application form for submission when required. The candidates are not required to send to RUHS the print copy of their application form filled online.
- Candidates will be required to submit one print copy of the application form (duly completed in all respects) at the time of reporting at the allotted college.
