JENPAS UG 2025: Exam Dates, Application Form, Syllabus, Pattern, Cutoff, Question Papers

WBJEEB will release the counselling dates for JENPAS UG 2025 exam. According to schedule, counselling registration will take place in August 2025 and students will be able to fill the form & choice filling till September. The merit list of first round of allotment will be released in September. The entire JENPAS UG counselling events will be mentioned on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.  

Registration is mandatory to participate in JENPAS UG e-counselling and admission. A candidate not registered within the pre-declared period of registration will NOT be considered for allotment of any seat in any round under any circumstances Registration fee for e-counselling is INR 500 only.

Candidates need to provide necessary personal details, academic details, bank account details (for in case of any refund), address, etc. The Candidate must also provide his/her application number/roll number and rank for JENPAS (UG)-2024 and provide following academic information. Plese note that there is no provision to make any correction/editing after final submission of the registration by the candidate.

JENPAS 2025 result will be released online by the state board. The official date of release of JENPAS 2025 results will be announced soon. WBJEEB will upload the rank cards of the candidates who will appear for the exam. The JENPAS UG rank card is an essential document required at the time of counselling. Therefore, candidates are advised to download it from the official website of JENPAS UG.

Generally, if a candidates scores within 400, it is considered an average score. So, if your rank is equal to or higher than 400 then your JENPAS UG rank is good for seeking admission to paramedical and allied courses in the state of West Bengal. 

JENPUAH is the former name for JENPAS UG exam. JENPAS stands for Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical and Allied Sciences Under Graduate exam. It is being conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) for entry to undergraduate courses.

JENPAS UG is on offline exam which is provided in Multiple Choice Questions (Objective-type) in which four options are provided in each question. The question paper is provided in both English and Bengali language. Candidates are given 90 minutes to solve the paper. Each candidate gets 2 marks correct answer and for each wrong answer 0.5 marks will be deducted. 

JENPAS UG exam is a gateway for admission to Nursing, Paramedical and Allied Sciences Under Graduate Courses in the state of West Bengal. The exam is conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) every year followed by the counselling process. It is a state-level exam through which candidates can apply to  BSc-Nursing, BPT, BMLT, BSc-CCT, BSc-OTT, BSc-PT, BSc-PA, B.Sc. MMB, B.V.S.O, BHA courses. 

The application form of JENPAS UG 2025 will be released tentatively in March 2025. The students will be able to register for JENPAS UG exam in online mode only.  The last date to register for the exam will be announced on the official website. 

Applicants who fill the form and make any mistake while filling the application form, will be able to access the application correction facility during the JENPAS UG application process. 

A candidate must be a citizen of India. The applicant must be domiciled in the state of West Bengal. The candidate must have passed or must be appearing for 10+2/class 12 in system only in 2025. The applicant's age must be 17 years as on 31.12.2025. The applicant should have been born on or before 31/12/2008. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the BSc nursing course in both government colleges. 

JENPAS 2025 application schedule will be released by the WBJEEB. The last date to apply for the JENPAS 2025 exam will be announced too. After the application process concludes, WBJEEB will begin application correction facility to ensure that candidates could make necessary changes to the wrongly entered information (if any).  

The exam conducting body will allow candidates to make correction in the JENPAS application form. The JENPAS 2025 application correction dates will be released by WBJEEB. Applicants will be able to make necessary amends to the JENPAS application form by providing Application Number, Password and Security Pin. The application correction will also be made available. However, after the final submission, no further changes will be accepted once the window closes. 

No. There is no option to fill the JENPAS application form 2025 in offline mode. Candidates will not be able to fill the form in pen and paper based mode. The entire JENPAS registration process will be conducted online at the official admission portal, wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/. It is mandatory to fill and upload the documents online to appear for the nursing and paramedical entrance exam.

No, there is no negative marking in JENPAS UG exam for category-II questions. In both paper I and paper II, there will be two categories of questions in the exam. The category-II questions will not attract any negative marking for the candidates. Salient features of category-II questions are: Candidates is free to choose one/more options. Not attempting the questions will lead to 0 marks.

There are two papers which are conducted on the same day, Paper I and Paper II. Subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Basic English, and Logical Reasoning are asked in the JENPAS UG syllabus. There are a total of 100 questions carrying 115 marks overall in the paper I. Important subjects included in Paper II are Physical Science, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Basic English, and Logical Reasoning.  A total of 100 questions carrying 115 marks overall in the paper II also.

The JENPAS UG 2025 syllabus has not been released by WBJEE yet. It is likely that the JENPAS UG syllabus 2025 will be released by WBJEE along with the information bulletin for the exam. It is expected that there will not be any change in the JENPAS UG syllabus 2025. In the past few years, the JENPAS UG syllabus has remained unchanged. Once WBJEE releases the JENPAS UG 2025 syllabus officially through the information bulletin, it will confirm whether there has been any change in the JENPAS UG syllabus. Yes applicants will be allowed to raise the objections to the answer key within the given time. Authorities will first release the provisional answer key of JENPAS UG. All those students who will not be satisfied with the response then, will be allowed to raise the objections by paying the application correction fee. After that authorities check the response recieved from the applicants, they will accordingly prepare the final JENPAS UG answer key. 

The WBJEEB will release JENPAS UG provisional answer key in a week's time after the exam concludes. Applicants who appear in the exam will be able to check the answer key by entering the login credentials. If students will not be not satified with answer key then they will be allowed to raise the objections by paying application correction fee. 

The JENPAS UG final answer key will be released in online mode on the official website. It will be released in a PDF file which includes the set wise A, B, C and D answer key. Applicants will be able to download and calculate their marks in the exam. 

Students who appear in JENPAS UG exam must note that they can raise the objections in JENPAS UG provisional answer key by paying a non refundable fees. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will review the objections raised by the students after they release the final answer key.

Document verification is done at the time of admission in JENPAS UG counselling. Candidates must present the following documents: Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, JENPAS UG Rank card, Class 10th admit card/birth certificate, Class 12th marksheet, an Undertaking from the candidate as per the Proforma.

JENPAS UG counselling seat allotment result will be announced online for the Round-1 counselling. For the round-2 counselling, WBJEEB will release the seat allotment result seperately. A third, mop-up round will be conducted for the seats that remain vacant. Candidates will be able to download the seat allotment result for the mop-up round as all the updates/results that will be published on wbjeeb.nic.in. 

As per the official guidelines, a total of three rounds of counselling will be held including the mop-up round for JENPAS UG 2025 seat allotment. It is mandatory to participate in the counselling process in online mode. All the counselling related information and procedures will be available and followed via official website, wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates are advised to check the important dates and schedule to stay abreast with the latest counselling events. 

As per the guidelines issued by WBJEEB, a candidate must pay a seat acceptance fee of INR 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only), to download the allotment letter. If the candidate fails to pay the seat acceptance fee, the current allotment will be cancelled, and he/she will not be considered for seat allotment in any future round. The online counselling process can be accessed through wbjeeb.nic.in website for admission to UG level courses.

Applicants who find that they have made a mistake in their application form while filling it will be able to make the amends/edits in the application correction window in online mode. But authority will have to mention that it is not possible to correct any primary data, i.e., Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Domicile and Date of Birth hence one must be cautious while filling the JENPAS UG application form.

WBJEEB will tentatively open the registration window for applicants from March 2025. The last date to submit JENPAS UG 2025 application forms will be released official by the board.
