CA Foundation 2024 exam form correction process has started from today. Candidates can edit CA Foundation application form by logging into their accounts. Candidates can edit test city option, exam mode and group, if required. No other changes will be allowed.
The CA Foundation exam registration for September 2024 started on July 28, 2024. The last date to submit the form was August 10, 2024 without late fee. The deadline to submit the CA Foundation exam form with late fee was August 13, 2024.
How to Edit CA Foundation Exam Form 2024?
CA Foundation form correction is a one-time activity and once changes are made, no further changes will be allowed. Check the process below:
- Open the ICAI exam website: https://eservices.icai.org
- Login with ID and password
- Open your CA application form
- Check relevant fields for editing. If no editing is required, select “No change required.”
- If you need to make changes, select “Changes required.”
- Review changes and verify the OTP received in mobile and email
- Upload a scanned handwritten application, signed by you (in relevant format)
- After submission, print the acknowledgement form
Candidates must note that no other changes will be allowed in the form and after the deadline. There is no option to change the test city/centre either once the admit card has been released. CA Foundation admit card 2024 date has not been announced yet.

Q: What is the fees for CA Intermediate exam?
The fees for CA Intermediate/ Intermediate (IPC) (Old and New Schemes) is INR 1,500 for single group and INR 2,700 for both groups, to be paid at the time of form submission. Candidates must pay the fee before deadline of form submission to avoid penalty of late fee (INR 600). The fee is non-refundable. The fee payment is to be done through credit card, debit card or net banking. Unless the fee is paid, the course or exam application form will not be submitted. Candidate will receive acknowledgement in mail upon successful transaction.
Q: What is the mode of application submission for CA exams?
The application form submission mode for CA exams is online. Candidates have to fill and submit ICAI CA exam forms on the official website of the exam agency only. The ICAI does not host the exam form at any other website. Candidates must avoid filling the exam form through any other means or platform to prevent fraud. The CA exam forms are available only at icai.org or icaiexam.icai.org websites. There is no provision to submit the forms online either. Candidates have to fill the form by creation a login ID. The login ID created for first time registration can be used for all further activities related to the CA course.

ICAI CA exam form are hosted at the official website of the conducting body. No other website is authorised to host the application form, admit card or result download link. Q: Can I change my test city after submitting the CA exam form?
Yes, candidates can change their test city preference after submitting the CA exam form but they can do so only when the examination authority opens the form correction window. The form correction facility is opened for 2-3 days in every exam phase. The form correction window usually opens a day after the last date of CA exam form submission. During the form correction window, candidates can change image, signature, test cities and exam medium.
CA form correction is a one-time activity and of you don’t make the changes in the form while the window is open, you will not be allowed to make any changes in the form later.
