Launched in 2009, the quiz competition has grown into a key annual event in NICEE's outreach program. The selection process kicks off in March, with participating schools receiving 50 copies of an earthquake safety publication to prepare their four-member teams. This year's event was expertly coordinated by the NICEE team, under the leadership of Cdr. Suresh Ailawadi (Retd.), along with Shivesh Pandey, Shradha Shukla, and Moti Lal. This initiative remains a crucial platform for raising seismic safety awareness among school students, supporting NICEE's mission to broaden earthquake safety knowledge throughout India.
