SRCC Placements 2021: Shri Ram's College of Commerce (SRCC) has concluded the placement drive for the session 2020-21. Despite the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and the economic slowdown caused due to it, SRCC has witnessed an all-time high of over 350 offers and 100 plus recruiters from diverse sectors.

Shri Ram College of Commerce Placements this year has set a new record with a record 32.34 per cent increment in the gross value of offers, as reported by the Indian Express. The highest package offered to the students is INR 25 lakh and the average salary was up to INR 8.3 lakh, the report stated.

The SRCC Placement Cell this year has facilitated the recruitment drives of recruiters across domains like finance, consulting, marketing and many more over the course of its functioning, providing various opportunities like placements, internships, article ships to the students.

Along with this, the summer internship has also witnessed an upward trend with the highest stipend at INR 1.5 lakh per month, while the average stipend stood at Rs 34,000 per month, the report stated.

Consulting firms including McKinsey & Company, Bain Capability Network, financial institutions like Deutsche Bank, Citibank, and several first-time highest category recruiters including Kepler Cannon, Accenture Strategy hired students from the college for multiple business domains.

As per the SRCC official website,the placement cell has taken up the initiatives like CV Vetting, numerous training sessions on a wide range of topics along with “compilation of training resources like Casebooks as well as other social media campaigns to develop and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with various stakeholders of the Cell”.
