The National Testing Agency is conducting Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) today, i.e. August 10, from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. NTA has scheduled the exam in as many as 76 cities in India.

Initially, the exam was scheduled to be conducted on June 20. However, COVID-19 pandemic led to a delay in the entire examination schedule. Candidates need to visit the exam centre as mentioned in the admit card of JIPMAT 2021 exam and go through the mandatory verification outside the centre.

Candidates need to carry a hard copy of the JIPMAT hall ticket at the exam centre. Officials verify the details mentioned in the JIPMAT admit card on the examination day. In addition to the admit card, candidates must carry a government approved photo ID card with them to the exam centre. Candidates failing to carry a hard copy of the admit card will face denial in the entry to the examination hall. In these unprecedented times, candidates are also advised to carry the COVID-19 safety kits to the JIPMAT examination centre.

JIPMAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. All the candidates appearing for the exam must reach the JIPMAT exam centre at least an hour before the examination. Candidates can check the JIPMAT bell timings mentioned over the admit card.

Due to COVID-19 protocols, candidates are required to take a print-out of the self declaration form and fill in the details related to their health. NTA shall provide a separate isolated room to the candidates who are encountering COVID-19 symptoms. During the exam, all the test takers must wear face masks. Candidates can also carry a transparent handy bottle (of around 50 ML) of hand sanitizer.

Test takers will not get water inside the test centre, therefore they can carry a personal transparent water bottle. No eatables are allowed inside the exam centre. Students will be required to strictly adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines which include wearing masks at all times, regular hand sanitization, marinating distance from one another, etc.
