How to Avail CWSN Facilities via the Pariksha Sangam Portal?
Schools seeking to avail of the CWSN facilities must log into the Pariksha Sangam portal, as they have done in previous years. The portal will display a list of all CWSN students based on the data entered in the List of Candidates (LOC). Each student's available facilities will be determined by their specific disability.
Schools are instructed to use their designated login IDs and passwords to make the necessary selections for the students who require these facilities. Once selected, the chosen accommodations will be reflected on the studentsβ admit cards, ensuring that the examination centers are well-prepared to provide the required arrangements.
Strict Timeline for CBSE CWSN Facility Requests Submission
The CBSE has set a clear timeline for the submission of requests. Schools must complete the process of submitting CWSN exemption requests and uploading necessary documents between December 18, 2024, and December 28, 2024. It is important to note that the portal will not accept requests submitted after the deadline or through offline modes. Schools are strongly advised to carefully read the manual attached to the circular and adhere to the guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
No Extensions to the Deadline
CBSE has emphasized that no extensions will be granted beyond the specified deadline, making it imperative for schools to complete all submissions within the given timeframe. The board has urged schools to prioritize this process to avoid any last-minute issues and to ensure that students with special needs receive the necessary support during the board exams.
By following these guidelines, CBSE aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment for CWSN students, enabling them to take their exams with the appropriate accommodations.
