CBSE Compartment 2020 Exam: CBSE’s decision on the conduct of the compartment exams is out. After the announcement of the CBSE Results 2020. There are many students who are waiting for the application form of CBSE Compartment exams 2020. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared CBSE 12th Results 2020 on July 13 and CBSE 10th Results 2020 on July 15. Various media reports suggested that the Board is mulling to defer the compartment exams this year due to the ongoing pandemic situation. Now, the Board’s decision is out! In its latest official notice, CBSE clearly stated that it has no plans to cancel CBSE Compartment Exams 2020. “Competent Authority of the CBSE has considered the representations appropriately in view of the above said information and is of the opinion that in case the Compartment examination is not conducted, future of a large number of candidates will be adversely affected being the Classes X and XII. Accordingly, requests received in the form of representations for not holding the examination cannot be acceded to by the CBSE. CBSE will hold the Compartment examination by following the detailed Standard Operating Procedures keeping in view the COVID-19 pandemic,” the notice reads.
The notice further states, “It was also requested that a notification be issued by CBSE declaring that the petitioner and the similarly placed 10th and 12th students can apply to any institution or school for further studies till the compartment examination are either cancelled or suspended. It is clarified that the request is against the Examination Bye-Laws and also does not fall under the ambit of CBSE.”
Thousands of students who appeared for CBSE 10th Board Exams 2020 and CBSE 12th Board Exams 2020 are waiting for the application form of CBSE Compartment Exams 2020.
