IIM Bangalore Final Placements witnessed 37% increase in offers

Top recruiters such as Kearney, Bain and Company, McKinsey and Company, Ernst and Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tata Consultancy Services among others from the consultancy sector contributed to IIM Bangalore final placements.

IIM Bangalore Final Placements 2022: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore final placements 2022 for PGP and PGPBA Class of 2020-22 received 662 offers. A total of 513 students participated in the placement drive and got placed. According to IIM Bangalore placement representative, Harsh Agrawal, there has been a 37 percent increase in the number of offers compared to the previous year’s placement process. The official statement released by IIM Bangalore informed that the highest number of offers came from the consultancy sector with Accenture offering the highest number of job roles with 51 offers followed by Boston Consulting Group which offered 30 job roles.

Top recruiters such as Kearney, Bain and Company, McKinsey and Company, Ernst and Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tata Consultancy Services among others from the consultancy sector contributed to the final placements. Around 248 job opportunities were offered by Consulting companies to IIM Bangalore students. Nearly 141 offers came from the information technology and product management domain with companies such as Microsoft, OYO, Amagi Labs, Oracle, Atlassian, Google making the most number of offers.

The highest number of offers in the finance sector, i.e. 22 job offers were made by Goldman Sachs. A total of 71 offers were made in the finance domain. Conglomerates made about 52 offers with RPG Group making 10 offers followed by Natwest Group, Vedanta, ABG, CK Birla Group, Tata Administrative Services, Adani Group and many others. IIM Bangalore students got 40 offers from the sales and marketing sector with offers from companies such as HUL, Asian Paints, Samsung, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, ITC, Nykaa among others. Operations roles saw 13 offers and the analytics sector rolled out 32 offers.
