IIM Sambalpur Placements 2023: Highest salary increases by 147 percent

The highest salary during IIM Sambalpur Placements 2023 stood at INR 64.61 lakhs per annum (LPA) on the domestic level. On the international level, the highest salary offered was INR 64.15 LPA. The institute witnessed a rise of 147 percent in terms of the highest salary offered to the students.

IIM Sambalpur Placements 2023: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur has recorded 100 percent placement for its MBA batch of 2023. The highest salary during IIM Sambalpur Placements 2023 stood at INR 64.61 lakhs per annum (LPA) on the domestic level. On the international level, the highest salary offered was INR 64.15 LPA. The institute witnessed a rise of 147 percent in terms of the highest salary offered to the students.

As per the official press release, the female students outperformed male students with an average salary of INR 18.25 LPA. 27 percent of students of the batch were placed in the Sales and Marketing sector. The institute further informed that the average salary logged by the students of the MBA batch stands at INR 16.64 LPA, while the median salary is INR 16 LPA.

Top Recruiters

The list of companies that participated in the recruitment drives includes Microsoft, Vedanta, Tolaram, Amul, Adani, EY, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, Bosch, Amazon, Akzo Nobel, Capgemini and ICICI. More than 130 recruiters participated in the recruitment process conducted at the IIM Sambalpur, which included 75 new recruiters. The MBA batch comprised as many as 167 students, all of whom bagged placement.
