CUET UG 2022: Over 11 lakh applications received, CUET exam dates to be announced soon
Candidates have been eagerly waiting for the announcement of CUET UG 2022 exam date. Candidates must note that once the admit card is released they can download the same from the official website; i.e. cuet.samarth.ac.in.
CUET UG 2022: University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar has announced that over 11 lakh candidates have applied for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2022) and around 9 lakh candidates have paid the application fee. The CUET Registration Process 2022 closed on Sunday, May 22.
The UGC chairman, posted on his Twitter handle," students from every state and union territory have applied. Many of them are from remote and rural areas."
"Students can now try for admission to the best of the universities through CUET. For students who could not get high board scores, earlier it was not possible to get admission to top universities. But now it is within reach. The participation of a large number," his tweet mentioned.
The UGC chairman also announced that CUET might be conducted twice a year. He tweeted, "With the possibility that CUET will be conducted twice in a year, this will further help the students to plan and attempt CUET. Best wishes to all CUET applicants."

“The e-Admit Card would be issued provisionally to the candidates through the NTA website: https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions and receipt of the prescribed application fee by NTA,” the official notification stated.
CUET UG 2022 paper will contain four sections. In that a compulsory language test, two domain-specific tests, and a general test. The CUET UG exam will be held in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
