NIFT to conduct GAT 2023 again for those who faced issues at exam centres

The candidates who faced issues during GAT exam at the MBC Thane-Mumbai, Vidhan Public School- Ghaziabad, MP English school - Varanasi and P T Salagram - Noida centres can take exam again. 

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has issued an important notification for those candidates who faced issues during General Ability Test (GAT) exam at the MBC Thane-Mumbai, Vidhan Public School- Ghaziabad, MP English school - Varanasi and P T Salagram - Noida centres. The NIFT is yet to declare a particular date for the GAT exam.  

The official notice, which can be found on the official website of NIFT at niftadmissions.in, reads, "Candidates who faced issues during the GAT examination at centres: MBC Thane-Mumbai, Vidhan Public School- Ghaziabad, MP English school - Varanasi and P T Salagram - Noida will be given a chance to retake their GAT examination.” 

The NIFT conducted the NIFT 2023 entrance exam on February 5, 2023. The entrance exam included the GAT and the CAT written tests. NIFT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Institute of Fashion Technology for admission to various UG and PG design courses offered by the 18 participating colleges. Admission is solely based on NIFT 2023 merit rank. 

The answer keys for the NIFT 2023 exam will be available in the second week of February 2023. Answer keys will only be released for the GAT. There will be no answer keys for the subjective-based CAT exam. Using the answer keys, the candidate will be able to calculate probable scores and their chances of admission.
