DU Admissions 2022: Delhi University to organise webinar on reservation policies in UG courses
DU webinar has been titled “Reservation Policies and Related Aspects” will talk about reservation policies, registration process, documents required for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes - Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates.
Delhi University has announced that it will be organizing a webinar on reservation policies in undergraduate admissions based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 on Friday; i.e. April 29. DU webinar has been titled “Reservation Policies and Related Aspects” will talk about reservation policies, registration process, documents required for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes - Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates.
The webinar will be attended by the Delhi University VC Yogesh Singh, registrar Vikas Gupta, dean of admission professor Haneet Gandhi, and joint dean professor Sanjeev Singh. “Registration to webinar: https://tinyurl.com/7sxhsp9r,” DU tweeted.
The university has set up an admission branch that will organize webinars to make students aware of the new admission policy of the central universities.
“To spread awareness about the CUET-2022, a dedicated website, admission.uod.ac.in, is already live, wherein all relevant information related to admissions is available comprehensively and elaborately,” the DU had said. Candidates who want to take admission in Delhi University will be able to get all relevant information including the admission process, eligibility criteria and tentative seat matrix of all the colleges.
“The Delhi University has also taken a lead in informing candidates about CUET 2022. ChatBot services have been activated for quick resolution of queries. The candidates can utilize this service between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm on all working days, except Public Holidays. Candidates can also write at ug@admission.du.ac.in for any assistance or queries related to Under-Graduate admissions to the University,” it said.
Along with this, the varsity has also created video tutorials to explain the registration process for CUET 2022. These step-by-step videos guide briefs candidates on creating a registration id, selecting various programs of a University, procedures for choosing the subjects from Section I, II, and III of CUET 2022, uploading the required documents, and making the payment. The tutorials are available in both English and Hindi languages.
