Students from across India, the United Kingdom and Nepal are participating in the two-day event.

The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) is set to host the 10th edition of ‘Blithchron’, the annual cultural festival of the institute, on February 18 and 19, 2023.

The festival will showcase all of its signature events along with several exciting new additions such as ‘Aerosol’- a graffiti competition, and ‘Street Beat’- a solo dance battle unique to Blithchron, among others.

The two-day festival will conclude with performances by DJ Ravator and Sabali - The Band in Pronites, which is open to all. Hundreds of participants have registered for Blithchron’23 from institutions across the country, as well as some participants from the United Kingdom and Nepal, to visit and participate in the festival during these two days. Students of Gujarat-based institutions such as NID, NIFT, PDEU, DAIICT, IIIT Vadodara, and others are also going to participate in the event.

As per a statement of the institute, being an entirely student-run cultural festival, Blithchron embodies an amalgamation of the creativity and energy of a team of more than a hundred students of IITGN to provide a grand stage to talented artists from all over the country.
