GATE 2023 application form correction window opens tomorrow: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will open the GATE 2023 application form correction window tomorrow November 8, 2022. Candidates who have completed the GATE 2023 application form will be able to make corrections in it online at gate.iitk.ac.in. The last date to make corrections in the GATE application form 2023 is November 14, 2022. Candidates will be required to use their enrollment ID/email address and password to make corrections in the GATE 2023 application form.

Earlier, the GATE 2023 application form correction window was supposed to be open on November 4, 2022. However, the conducting authority revised the date and the candidates will be now able to make corrections in the application form of GATE 2023 from tomorrow.

How to edit the GATE 2023 application form?

The candidates need to follow the guideline below to make corrections to the GATE 2023 application form:

• Visit the official website of GATE 2023 at gate.iitk.ac.in.
• On the homepage, find and click the "GATE 2023 modification" link.
• Log in using your enrollment ID and password.
• Solve the arithmetic expression and click on the “Submit” option.
• Check the details provided in the GATE 2023 application form and make the required changes (if any).
• In the end, take a printout of the GATE 2023 application form for further reference.

What details can be corrected in the GATE 2023 application form?

Using the application form correction facility, the applicants can edit the details including gender, category, PwD status, contact information for parents/guardians/correspondence address, dyslexia and other similar learning disabilities, name and location of the college, roll number, and registration number, exam paper, and exam city.

Candidates will be required to pay a fee for any changes made to the GATE application form 2023. The GATE 2023 exam is scheduled to be held for 29 papers on February 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2023. The paper consists of 100 marks. General Aptitude (GA) is common for all candidates (15 marks) and the rest of the paper covers the respective subject syllabus (85 marks).
