GATE 2023 Application Form Correction Window Dates Revised, To Open from November 8 to 14

IIT Kanpur has revised the date of GATE 2023 application correction window. I will now be available from November 8. Read on to know details.

GATE 2023 Application Form Correction Window: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has revised the date of the GATE 2023 application form correction. Candidates will now be able to access the GATE 2023 application form correction from November 8, 2022. Earlier, it was scheduled to open today, November 4, 2022. Candidates who have submitted the GATE 2023 application form will be able to access the GATE 2023 application correction window online on the official website at GATE 2023 application form correction gate.iitk.ac.in. The last date to make corrections in the GATE 2023 application form is November 14, 2022.

Candidates need to use their enrollment ID/email address and password to edit the GATE 2022 application form.

How to make corrections in the GATE 2023 application form?

To edit the GATE 2023 application form,  the candidates need to follow the guideline below:

• Visit the official website at gate.iitk.ac.in.
• On the homepage, click on the "GATE 2023 modification" link.
• Enter your login details namely enrollment ID and password.
• Solve the arithmetic expression and click on the “Submit” option.
• Edit your GATE 2023 application form and make the required changes.
• Take a printout of the GATE application form 2023 for further use.

What details can be corrected in the GATE 2023 application form?

In the GATE application form 2023, candidates can make corrections in the details such as gender, category, PwD status, dyslexia, and other similar learning disabilities, contact information for parents/guardians/correspondence address, roll number, and registration number, name and location of the college, exam paper and exam city.

Candidates must note that they will have to pay a fee for any changes made to the GATE 2023 application registration form. GATE 2023 will be held for 29 papers on February 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2023. The paper consists of 100 marks, General Aptitude (GA) is common for all papers (15 marks) and the rest of the paper covers the respective syllabus (85 marks).
